Excellent budget apartment
Pros:

Don't let the extremely run down exterior put you off, the interior of the apartment is fantastic, comparable to accommodation 3 or 4 times more expensive. It's situated just off a main street close to all the best Kharkov has to offer. The staff don't speak English, but are warm, friendly and very helpful. This place also offers dormitory hostel accommodation. The other guests were very noisy at times, but we were offered an alternative room if we wanted. I would not recommend this place to families or couples, but for a cheap place to stay while you enjoy this beautiful city then this place is well worth considering.
