Recomendo chegar em horário comercial com pessoas na recepção.
Pros:

O quarto em si atendeu às expectativas sem grandes surpresas. Localização muito boa.

Cons:

Não ter café da manhã (porém eu já sabia que nao teria). Instalações um pouco antigas mas não foi um problema. Muitas pessoas tem dificuldade em acessar o hotel pois a recepção só funciona durante o dia e a comunicação via telefone, WhatsApp é muito ruim!

Pros:

Location is the great advantage of the hotel. TV and channels were fine. reception nice and easy. parking walking distance 5 mins [2 USD/h]. Do not attempt to use parking next to the hotel...

Cons:

Noise and noise. Not only from the street but also from some installation outside buzzing continously all night Also I did not like the smell of the air outcoming from air condition [filter needs immediate replacement]

Ótima localização e confortável
Pros:

Excelente localização, exatamente em frente a Lincon Road. Além disso, para quem não alugou carro como eu, ao lado tem ponto de ônibus, com a linha que vai para o aeroporto, o que auxilia bastante. Além de ficar perto da praia e com várias opções de restaurantes, lojas e mercados. O tamanho do quarto achei muito bom, cama enorme e muito confortável, com frigobar e microondas. Banheiro também com bom tamanho.

Cons:

A área do chuveiro, o piso, estavam sujos, com areia de praia. Além disso, o box de vidro do chuveiro só cobre metade do chuveiro, respingando água no banheiro. Algumas informações são recebidas via WhatsApp após o check in, o que é bom, mas para o check out, você recebe algumas instruções, inclusive para recolher todo o lixo do quarto e jogar fora, ao lado do hotel ontem tem um depósito para isso. Entendo que não se trata de um hotel propriamente dito, mas achei essa parte bem desnecessária.

Pros:

Reserve dos noches la primera noche el aire acondicionado estaba malo fue una pesadilla. La segunda noche luego de quejarme cambiaron el aire malo por uno nuevo.
