Pokoje z widokiem na ścianę sąsiedniego budynku i
brak przechowalni bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Pani, która pracowała w recepcji w dniu 9 lutego nie pozwoliła nam zostawić bagaży po wymeldowaniu twierdząc, że bagaże mogą zostawić jedynie osoby meldujące się. Po tym jak nam nie pozwoliła zostawić bagaży, przyszła inna grupa osób wymeldowujących się w tym dniu, którzy zostawili bagaże w recepcji. Zupełnie niezrozumiałe zachowanie Pani z recepcji, które nieco zakłóca wspaniałe wrażenia z pobytu w tym hotelu. Pomimo tych niedogodności chcielibyśmy wrócić do tego miejsca

Room had a kitchenette but was very basic.

However, when we checked in, we immediately noticed that the fridge handle was broken, the faucet handle was damaged, and the bedsheets were stained with something. It looked like they tried to hide it by tucking part of the sheet under the mattress.

There was nowhere to dry towels or swimsuits, and there was no closet. We also asked them to change the towels, and they only did it the third time we requested it. We had to wait a very long time for them to bring them.

The lamp remote barely worked — we couldn’t turn the light on for half a day until a staff member showed us how.

When we were checking out, we were asked to take out all the trash from the room. We stayed at a hotel to relax, not to take out the garbage.

No sink in the kitchenette. No staff for check-in, that would have been ok if you got the information properly.

I left my room in the middle of the night to go to the store and was locked out of my room for a bit until I was given a physical key to enter the room i paid for

Chegamos à noite e não havia funcionários na recepção. Foi fornecido um telefone de contato para obtenção da senha de acesso, porém ficamos muito tempo na rua aguardando atendimento. Diversos outros hóspedes chegavam e não conseguiam acessar o hotel. É bem desorganizado! As instalações são muito antigas e os funcionários mal humorados. A limpeza não é diária e também deixa a desejar. Não tem garagem, e inclusive vários carros de hóspedes que pararam no estacionamento ao lado foram rebocados. Tivemos que deixar a uns 300 m, por cerca de 20 dólares a diária.

Hotel je již celkem starší a není moc udžovaný. Rozhodně tam není žádné greenview protože hned asi metr od okna je vysoká zeď a popelnice. Klimatizace byla velmi stará a špinavá, že jsme se báli ji použít. Okna se nedají otevřít a pokud se to povede, tak nedrží otevřená. Celkově pokoj působil velmi zanedbaně a již použitě, všude byly nějaké odlupující se části nábytku, špinavé fleky. V místnosti chybí jakékoliv úložné místo a byla pro 4 osoby vemi stísněná. Koupelna byla také zanedbaná a velmi velmi malinká.

1. There’s no front desk staff outside of certain hours. I booked the room after my flight was cancelled at 6pm, however, the check-in process is a nightmare due to it being remote, and not a real person, after 6pm. There were multiple other guests all stuck in the lobby with me trying to figure out the check-in process. On top of that, once the process is complete, it can take up to an hour and a half to receive your room number and passcode. After a long day of delayed and cancelled flights and travel stress, all I wanted to do was lay down, but there was very little help available to assist in the process, which took about 2 and a half hours.
2. A lot of the building appears to still be under construction. The lobby was a mess of plastic sheeting and ladders surrounding the not-so-comfortable couches. Not an ideal place to spend 2+ hours in trying to figure out the confusing and stressful check-in process.
3. The room was decent space-wise, and not as grimy as most hotels in South Beach. My complaint here is the lack of decent lighting, outlets, and updated AC. The AC and the broken lamp took up the only outlet located next to the bed, which made it really inconvenient to charge devices after a long day of needing internet access.

Reception desk closes at 6pm , lobby is in remodelling.
Needs Some TLC

A room safe was advertised but there aren't any and there is no alternative.
The property is well worn.
