Location was great! Right across from public transportation, easily walkable throughout South Beach. Room was modern & clean, bed was comfortable. Elevator was small but workable. We actually checked into this room after spending 2 nights at a much higher priced place that was filthy (we had it booked for all 4 nights).
Room is tiny and not well equipped. No counter space in bathroom or kitchen area. Door lock codes were difficult to operate. Room is very small. Not enough plug outlets for modern technology. There are several places in the room where a small table or shelf would've made the space much more workable. Zero place to sit anything in the bathroom, nowhere to even hang up a washcloth. A few hooks and a small space saver shelf next to the sink would work wonders! The "kitchenette" consists of a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave, no counter space at all and the cord on coffee maker isn't long enough to even reach a plug. We had to use the only chair in the room to sit the coffee maker on to use it. There is a wardrobe type cabinet in the room, but a lot of the space inside is taken up with the iron, tea kettle, and kitchen supplies, plates, cups, silverware. The door lock is weird and doesn't look automatically like 90% of hotel rooms do.
Excellent property with great staff members, who were quick to fix an issue and very welcoming/friendly.
The toilet flushing was a difficulty and we were not provided with a towel to dry the dishes/cutlery, which meant we had to use paper towels which was inefficient.

Havia areia no quarto, a cama fazia uma barriga pra baixo bem no meio, afundava até. Mas estávamos tão cansados que tudo bem, foi só uma noite, se fossem mais noites não seria muito bom.

It's a Great option for the family to stay and spend a vacation in Miami Beach. Everything that is really needed is located close to the accommodation (beach, stores, restaurants, bus stop...). Acceptable quality for the given price in the given location.

Muy viejo, con cucarachas en el baño, no hay rampa para las maletas ( q estando en Miami siempre tenes muchas) en las habitaciones de planta baja y requiere 6 escalones para bajar y subirlas
The location was convenient
In regards to out room, the smoke detector would randomly go off at all different times, sometimes in the middle of the night and it interrupted our sleep every night.
