Great location.
Pros:

The location was ideal. Walking distance to Lincoln Road, south beach and lots of food options. Front desk was kind enough to let us check in early so we can out our things away, change and explore the city.

Cons:

Not much we didn’t like. Elevator was small to get up to the 2nd floor with luggage.

Cheap and no frills place to stay. For people who like their own space

Its a no frills no nonsense place to stay. Great location and as cheap as youl find at south beach miami. It is in need of an upgrade but the company are clearly dealing with it at the moment. Everyone just leaves you to get on with it. What suited me

La posizione è ottima. E lo staff davvero molto gentile e professionale.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo. La stanza era molto piccola, il letto scomodo. C’era un piccolo “climatizzatore” che erogava aria ad intermittenza emanando un odore spiacevole. Al momento del check-in la stanza non era stata pulita bene.

Nice stay in an invisible place
Pros:

It was quaint and literally right next door to raisin caines which I have never heard of.I don’t like the fact you cannot park next door right next to the property u have to park down the block in a parking garage and they don’t even tell you who owns the property but there is nothing next to the hotel but the restaurant so I have no clue Miami is ass backwards like that though they always have been.
My room was small but that’s ok I was on a staycation no loss. My room was cold and my view faced a brick wall which was funny as hell but that’s still ok I was not there to look out the window anyways….lol ok so the hotel is old as shit but that’s what makes it great if things were not so modern looking when you walked out the door you might feel like you are in cuba. It was actually a very nice stay. It’s right across the street from the convention center and down the way from the Lincoln mall and parking garage. If ur wanting some out of the way place and ur a single traveler I would highly suggest this place.Its cold comfy and clean. Just everything else around u is expensive…..lol I will go back for sure now that im more familiar with the area.
I have not been to Miami Beach since I was in med school so this little get away was nice but this is Miami Beach yall not the city of Miami so next time I go back across the bridge…..lol

Cons:

Lack of close parking.
No pool.
No humans. I could not check in at the appointed time.They don’t have any staff at all that I could see it’s a very weird setup.
It took me 30 minutes of sitting outside the front door to check in multiple phone calls. It was so humid outside mind you I’m a local from the opposite side of the state so I was having a staycation..I now know I have it better in Naples. Parking is 20 dollars a day. There was no breakfast. This hotel is really for the single traveler. Mind u all these are small gripes nothing huge.
