Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was not very big but had everything needed. Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable.

Dieses Hotel sollte man besser vermeiden

Die Lage zum Strand und Ocean Drive / Lincoln Road.

Cons:

Von außen wirkt es ganz nett aber innen ist es einfach nur enttäuschend, heruntergekommen und modrig. Im gesamten Zimmer hing ein unangenehmer muffiger Geruch.

Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich, genervt und teilweise richtig unhöflich. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Nächte dort und haben trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen und Bitten bis zum 4. Tag weder Zimmer-Service noch frische Handtücher bekommen. Besonders schlimm war das, weil wir dort Strandurlaub gemacht haben und wegen der Hitze teilweise zweimal täglich duschen mussten. Irgendwann hatten wir praktisch keine vernünftigen Handtücher mehr.

Wenn man bei der Ankunft sein Auto auch nur kurz abstellt, wird man innerhalb von 2 Minuten (!!) abgeschleppt. Jeden Tag wurden dort gefühlt 10 Autos abgeschleppt darunter auch Gäste, die einfach nur kurz zum Check-in an die Rezeption gegangen sind. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Statt Gästen entgegenzukommen, hat man hier eher das Gefühl, unerwünscht zu sein.
Im Zimmer selbst hat kaum etwas richtig funktioniert:
Kein Waschbecken in der Küche und nur ein Waschbecken (20x20cm im Bad neben dem Klo)
• kaum Ablagefläche im Bad
• aus dem Wasserhahn kam nur ein kleines Rinnsal
• Dusche ließ sich temperaturmäßig kaum regulieren
• Steckdose im Küchenbereich war defekt
• allgemein wirkte alles dreckig, ungepflegt und schmutzig
Die Preis-Leistung ist hier wirklich gleich null. Für das Geld bekommt man in den USA normalerweise deutlich bessere Hotels mit freundlicherem Service und saubereren Zimmern.
Würden wir niemals wieder buchen und können es absolut nicht empfehlen.

Pros:

Close to the shops we wanted to visit.

Cons:

Ants in the room, toilet not clean, no smoke detector, downsized room because of the ants, they didn't credit for losing the room category, had to wash coffee cups in the bathroom sink and take out our trash. It would be nice to get a credit back for one of the nights.

Perfeita localização. Tudo o que vc precisa vai encontrar muito próximo. Funcionários prontos pra nos orientar e muito simpáticos. Nosso check-in previsto pra 15:00, e foi liberado assim que chegamos próximo das 10:00 horas a.m. Oferecem um guarda volume onde podemos deixar nossas malas no checkout, isso nos ajudou muito. Quarto com blecaute deixando bem escuro. Recepção aberto para atendimento aos hóspedes apenas horário comercial. Vc recebe uma senha de acesso para entrar. Nossa hospedagem foi mto tranquila, super recomendo!!!

Cons:

Não tem cofre. Seria muito importante colocar uma mesinha com duas cadeiras, sendo que o quarto tinha duas camas de casal. Torneira da pia do banheiro com pouca saída de água. No mais tudo estava perfeito.

Hôtel immonde et personnel menteur !!!

Je vous deconseille cet hôtel. À fuite !!!!
Des cafards, une chambre sale, personne à l’accueil. On me promet un remboursement de la deuxième nuit si je pars sur le champs et derrière le remboursement m’est refusé. C’est inadmissible.

Walkable to beach. Stay does include 2 beach chairs at vendor on beach

Cons:

Photos online don’t match the actual hotel. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Bathroom was exceptionally small with minimal water pressure. There would be homeless people in the lobby, random people screaming and fighting in the lobby, overall felt very unsafe. Staff leaves early and the property is otherwise unattended after their “business hours”. Would NOT stay here again
