The front desk was rude...the room was not clean wifi didn't work and the ac was not working well at all. The reason we got the room was to stay cool and relax. Also the no visitors was not a good thing my ride was going to come in the morning and stay and got denied
The only thing I wasn’t expecting was the 50$ cash deposit you need to get your card to your room even though you payed full price for your room weeks before hand
It was alright, the only thing is that it was really dirty, walls splattered with stuff and not cleaned, carpet and floor extremely dirty and can’t even walk barefoot on it, towels and bedsheets were full of stains and probably not washed, bugs crawling on the floor and behind the fridge and drawers.
At 3 o’clock in the morning after booking and paying for my reservation, I was refused to check in because of a no pet policy. This hotel did not distinguish service animals from pets and didn’t matter what I said where I was what it happened they basically said get out of here no thank you you put me in a really bad situation. I was unable to check in to a hotel that night I had to sleep in my car my service dog And have not been refunded nor has the staff tried to resolve it nor has Expedia Expedia offered me $100 inconvenience fee when this is a clear violation of American disability act by both parties.

The air conditioning didn't get cold , it was very hot.
Awful dirty roaches sink was clogged no breakfast dirty towels uncomfortable beds outdated broken furniture and curtain broken air conditioner dirty towels pillows are a joke flat like cardboard rude unhappy unprofessional staff unkind unfriendly and unpleasant and unsightly (missing teeth ) not a safe place as I was harassed by an unknown person as I went to my car the staff just watched did nothing to help made my stay there much worse than necessary check in took 25 minutes at 11:00pm Ridiculous claims he couldn’t find reservation but I called before I arrived and they told me I had a room for the first floor. When I arrived surprise nothing on the first floor then miraculously they have a room now so unnecessary and I think it’s only bc I’m black. I’m so tired of these racist proprietors of these businesses who I pay my hard earned money to just to be treated like freshly microwaved fecal matter he rudely tapped his fingers as I signed the paper work and when I looked at him straight in the eyes he simply continued to do so. Complete and utter intentionally rude behavior from someone who doesn’t even have a firm grasp on the English language the language of the country he is in doing business poorly and doing a huge disservice to hotels.com and the entire Expedia enterprise should not be on the app as no one should have to be put through this kind of treatment because apparently you don’t have to be skilled in proper business etiquette or ethics to work at a hotel. Sad
In the beginning was cool then I reserved another night they told me that I leave from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. that's b*******
I did not stay at the property and I was still charged still waiting on a refund. There was a lot of construction on the property was put. In a room with mold and a big hole in the ceiling with no working Internet no working TV and the refrigerator door was hanging off. There was a pamphlet in the wrong that stated that there was continental breakfast being served which everything on the pamphlet was not true.
No television, WiFi or Internet for the entire 3 DAYS of stay. Property is under a little renovation but I could've been told upon check in no cable services are available.
Worse customer service, smells like curry. They don't take care about resolving customers issues when brought up. the first room was gross and stink the second room smelled like an attic definitely not suitable for my 6 year I'm highly upset. They wouldn't print out my receipt and kept giving me the run around. Do not stay here!!
