Very comfortable stay in a centrally located, upmarket hotel with a great pool and breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel is large, grand and well-maintained. The rooms are nothing exceptional, but they were clean, large enough, and everything worked as it should. The aircon was cold, and there was a desk, TV, fridge, and coffee/tea-making facilities.
We chose this hotel because it is the only one in town with a pool. It didn't disappoint. The pool is large, marked for lane swimming and situated in an attractive garden setting surrounded by frangipanis. My colleague, who swims every day, commented that it is clean and well-maintained.
The hotel reception is open 24 hours with smiling, helpful staff. The hotel is situated in the best part of Pursat, by the river, near transport nodes (bus and train) and the central market. The main park where people exercise in the evening is a short walk. Because Pursat is not a large place, it is possible to walk everywhere. We didn't notice any taxis, but we may have missed them because we weren't looking.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day, especially the omelette bar. There are different styles of eateries on the same street, including Japanese/Korean. You will find an excellent takeaway BBQ duck stall 100m away if you turn left out of the hotel entrance. I enjoyed the Robusta filtered coffee served at breakfast. My colleagues (much fussier than I) found a cafe serving excellent Arabica by walking one block west (perpendicular to the river).

Cons:

There was no downside to the hotel. It is the most expensive in Pursat, but that's because it is the swankiest and has a great pool.

Waardeloos en vreselijke slecht bed!

Het zwembad was heerlijk en ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

De totale mentaliteit: bij alles werd in twijfel getrokken of je wel eerlijk bent. Borg 5 dollar voor sleutel, ieder 1 handdoek geen extra voor zwembad. Na heel lang aandringen en wachten zijn ze toch omgewisseld maar eerst de anderen inleveren. Bij uitchecken wordt eerst je kamer gecontroleerd en daarna krijg je pas je borg terug.
Al met al nee geen fijn en sympathiek gebeuren.

Dan hebben het nog niet over bed (kamer 512) gehad. Geen oog dichtgedaan matras was bikkelhard en veren staken er doorheen, verder kraakte het bij elke beweging en rolde je in een kuil. Waardeloos! Dit was tot nu toe, na twee weken rondreizen door Cambodja, slechtste hotel.

Pour un court séjour hors des sentiers battus
Pros:

J'étais déjà venu ici il y a 3 ans et l'hôtel est toujours aussi agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant, la grande piscine fait un bien fou et le salon de massage est clairement un plus

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger.

Die Massage im Spa Bereich war gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mit Abstand das schmutzigste Zimmer was ich je hatte. Überall Tote und lebende Insekten. Haare überall im Zimmer. Badezimmer teilweise Schimmel. (Siehe Biler)Man erhält für den Pool kein zusätzliches Handtuch und das ist wirklich ein no go !
Selbst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage keine Chance.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr unfreundlich.

Good hotel that could do the things better
Pros:

Location and the architecture. Great lobby. Great gym equipment. Staff members were kind and polite.

Cons:

Hotel does not keep lights on in the hallways. Management could simply use solar powered night lights along the hallways to conserve electricity. Also, the shower fixtures are below standard. Creating a divider for the shower area would make the room 10x better. The hotel would be great if it can do/use the little things with higher quality.

All it needs is dry cleaning to be new york city 5 star hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was bleak they need more selection and they need to introduce meat , it is completely ridiculous all the have for meat is what goes I to a soup. Bread rice and jello etc does not constitute a selection this is completely off balance to the magnitude of the hotel itself.

Cons:

Dry cleaning, find a source for it thank you.
