Pros:

Les chambres sont très grandes, très propres et les équipements fonctionnent tous bien (plusieurs lumières réglables, petite terrasse).
L'emplacement est calme et proche du métro.

Cons:

En revanche c'est un peu cher en période de forte affluence et n'ayant pas eu le choix faute de réservation plus tôt, nous avons été surpris d'un tel prix.
Attention au personnel qui est rentré dans ma chambre quand j'étais dedans alors que j'avais bien répondu que je n'étais pas disponible (demander à l'avance à l'accueil pourrait être une bonne chose pour éviter ça )

Nothing! It wasn’t available another

Cons:

The area is very dirty! There was a terible smell of sewage. During the night , a group of children were very loud and there wasn’t any on the reception to complain of. The property is under one star but the price of two rooms for one night 560€ is ………?!?

Gute günstige Möglichkeit zu schlafen. Zentrale Lage. Ausflüge erscheinen nur tagsüber sicher.
Pros:

Es war alles sehr sauber und offensichtlich frisch renoviert. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist man schnell im Zentrum und beim Meer. Das Café ganz in der Nähe ist eine gute Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Sehr gute Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.

Cons:

Die verlassenen verfallenen Baracken gegenüber der Unterkunft erscheinen mir mehr als gefährlich in Anbetracht der wiederholten Verbrechensmeldungen aus Thessaloniki (und auch Athen natürlich). Das erklärt auch die gefängnisartigen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen beim Eingang. Das heißt, die Unterkunft ist offensichtlich sicher, aber ich würde keine abendlichen Spaziergänge wagen.
