Impossible to sleep in this place due to rooster screaming all night long from 1 to 6 am
Pros:

Hot water, otherwise stay away from this place, as it is impossible to sleep there due to rooms facing chicken coop and rooster screams from 1 am till 6 am

Cons:

EXTREMELY NOISY, NOT POSSIBLE TO SLEEP. Rooster screams constantly from 1 am till 6 am; doorbell of hotel rings loudly as they lock the door and to come in you need to ring the bell; no brewed coffee for breakfast, just one instant sachet; no fresh juice or fruits like anywhere else we stayed.

Great little family hotel
Pros:

Lovely family business. They let us stay longer because we had a night bus in the evening. Nice pool, great to cool off. Breakfast was the typical but with fresh fruits.
Room and bathroom was clean overall. Good shower with hot water.
I looked under the chair because some clothes fell down and it was full of spiderwebs. So it might be time for a deep clean.

Not a good experience overall - would not stay again

Location was good, 2.5 blocks from plaza de armas.

Cons:

We arrived off a night bus around 8am. Whilst we got a room at that time which was good we were told our booked room was not ready and we had to upgrade. There were no other guests in the hotel so this was just a way to get us to pay more. The room we were given was not clean. The bathroom was a nightmare- dirty and there was an overpowering smell (cross between severe mould and blocked drains). It made us feel sick. Completely unacceptable and the price of the room was not that cheap. The older lady is very unwelcoming in her manner, the younger lady at reception was however helpful and friendly.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis
Pros:

Sehr nettes und tierliebes Personal. Vor dem Hotel haben drei scheue Straßenhunde Zuflucht gefunden und werden dort auch geduldet.
Die Chefin des Hotels hatte tolle Tips für Touren in die Umgebung und uns bei der Organisation geholfen.
Einige der Zimmer in den Obergeschossen haben einen eigenen Zugang, der sich prima als Balkon nutzen lässt.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

We went to stay at the hotel, after driving for 10 hours from Lima. They said they had cancelled our reservation! A cancellation email never arrived. We asked to stay there for the night (having arrived at 11pm not many hotels were opened) and they refused saying the hotel was not opened for tourists.
Throughout the whole process they were really nasty, they never allowed us into the hotel and made us feel like we were going to rob the place.
Would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone.
