Готель розташований у неймовірно затишному куточку Орікума, де природа сама створює атмосферу спокою й гармонії. З балкону відкривається вражаючий краєвид на заходи сонця, величний півострів Карабурун та острів Сазан.
Господарі готелю надзвичайно привітні та щирі. Особливо хочеться відзначити господаря, який із відкритим серцем допоміг нам із питанням транспорту до Вльори, і за це ми безмежно вдячні.
Що стосується самої Албанії, то, на жаль, є певні труднощі з громадським транспортом: відсутні зупинки та розклади руху, всюди відчуваються ремонтні роботи, а на вулицях багато сміття. Та водночас сам готель підтримується в чистоті й порядку, сніданки хоч і доволі однотипні, але смачні. Море і пляж знаходяться через дорогу від готелю. Лежаки і парасолька входять у вартість проживання що дуже важливо.
Єдине, молоді хлопці, що працювали в ресторані, видавалися надто суворими — іноді було відчуття, що вони не дуже раді гостям, хоча, можливо, це особливість місцевого характеру.

The staff was really welcoming and accommodating. The location is great a mere walking distance from the beach. You get sunbeds with an umbrella and the breakfast was included in the price too. The view from the balcony was stunning especially during sunsets.

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful—they even let us check in early at 11 AM, which was a huge plus. We had a stunning room with a beautiful view and great breakfast. This hotel is the perfect choice for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The breakfast was exceptional! Felt like the food just kept coming. The owners are so sweet, went above and beyond. The location is amazing with the beach across the street, the sea view from the villa was nice. Parking was gated, so secure and private. The beach was perfect for our kids, gentle and a mix of sand/pebbles. Umbrella and loungers was included with the hotel.
There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like! Only thing missing was maybe some things for cooking in the villa kitchen. There were plates and silverware.
Large room with big balcony. Nice helpful owner.. Free parking inside the yard of the hotel. The price on Booking was 69 euro and that's what the owner charged when I checked in, When I wanted to leave he gave me back 20 euro because I was a single. Such honesty is hard to come by.
The hotel is a little outdated, with old furniture and bathroom fittings. The rooms are on the second floor with no elevator. The owner doesn't speak English. No credit card accepted.
