Pros:

The toilets have no exhaust so there's always a foul odour. The rooms are small. There was frequent power outages.

Cook and receptionist spoiled the trip
Pros:

Their morning receptionist was sleepy to my requests to replace the faulty TV in my room, evening receptionist on my request took immediate action to get the issue sorted I give 3 star rating to the hotel due to this chap!

They give you menu for hotel food but their cook says he can make only certain products and not what we wanted as per their menu card! Its a good hotel to stay in but ambience spoiled by bratty receptionist and a hot tempered rude cook who gives you attitude as if he owns the place.

Warning to business users are their wifi has several restrictions and better for you to bring in your own data device if you want secure connection.

Complimentary breakfast (starts from 8-10.30 Am) was good but I was lucky to be there early, people after me was refused food even though it was 9 Am.

Good things are - Comfortable and slightly hidden place near to St Josephs college, not far from public transportation services. Clean room and toilet. Family, women and solo travellers can have safe and decent place to stay.

A well located compact place in Bangalore
Pros:

A compact Hotel with all amenities and great service. Perfect for a short stay. Well located and a great and frindly Manager in Vinod. Value for money. Food was perfect.
