I was in town two days for work, and had an excellent stay at the Hall Arts Hotel. In particular, Carlos was extremely helpful in providing a history lesson about the hotel, dining recommendations, and drop off to local hot spot. He truly added another layer to the stay that raised the experience to an excellent stay.

I have stayed at Hall Arts Hotel Dallas many times and have never been disappointed. It is a beautiful hotel with a great location for downtown Dallas. The artwork is great and the staff are helpful, engaging and kind. I live in Dallas but stay here when family or friends are in town. I always look forward to acstay at Hall Arts.
Beautiful “art & wine” hotel, amazing rooms/areas… but the best is the attention to detail & service. Carlos the doorman was so attentive, we hope he will be there when we come back, he made the difference.

Our three-night stay at the HALL Arts Hotel in Dallas exceeded our expectations by far. From the first minute to the last, we felt genuinely welcome. Stacy Johnston was a wonderful host. The suite was simply outstanding — huge, modern, and wonderfully quiet. The whole hotel is spotless, and the art throughout the property is a real highlight. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful, and the valet service was excellent too. We had a fantastic time and will absolutely return next time we’re in Texas. Highly recommended.
Marisa provided exceptional customer service. She was not only warm and pleasant, but also wonderfully thoughtful. If her dedication is any indication of how she trains other team members, this hotel will undoubtedly continue to set the standard for top-tier hospitality.

Everything from the Staff, the beautiful modern room to the food (breakfast in the restaurant) was exceptional. I have 900+ stays in the last 10 years and typically stay at the Ritz in Dallas. I was so happy I decided to try the Hall and was so impressed by quality of the room coupled with very attentive staff that this will be my first choice when I visit Dallas. I highly recommend this property.
