The hotel was great. Fantastic location in the Arts District. Great, welcoming staff and excellent restaurant where I had a delicious lunch. Loved the art on property too!
From the moment we walked into the door we were treated as special guests by Oz and Sharron. It is amazing to be greeted into such a nice hotel by such special people!
This is probably our 10th time staying here- it’s a hidden gem in Dallas! Beautiful hotel that feels closer to a 5 star experience than a 4 star. All of the staff is lovely but this trip we got to meet Carlos who gave us the history and background information on several of the art installations in the lobby and surrounding areas of the hotel. He also carried all of our shopping bags up to our room after my daughter and I had spent a long day shopping which was super appreciated. We have stayed all over the world and I am pretty picky when it comes to hotels so I don’t give this review lightly- it’s great!
Couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience- from the pool to reception to my most favorite driver of all time: Carlos! He was so friendly, professional, and timely. Thank you, Carlos! Keep doing you:)
I was traveling to downtown Dallas for business. When looking at hotels, the HALL Arts hotel looked like a good choice for accommodations and convenience. It ended up being one of, if not the best hotel I have stayed at in years. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the onsite amenities it was a top tier experience. The only thing that better than the property was the customer service.
Ava in particular was very friendly and customer service oriented to make sure I had anything I needed. She even rescued me from a potentially bad situation when I accidentally left my wallet at the desk while setting up a late checkout. I realized my blunder when I arrived back to my room and immediately started retracing my steps. Before I could get 5 steps from my door she was in the hall returning my wallet.
This property is not just a top business stay but one I will use for future personal travel to Dallas.
Great service and professionalism from everyone at the property. Enjoyed the car service and driver who gave us great recs. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
The pool was a very chill vibe with the dj. Great view and great service
Hidden gem of a hotel in Dallas. The staff are most courteous and welcoming. The rooms are spectacular.
The hotel is really nice and the staff are so friendly and helpful - especially Ava at the front desk whose great service set the positive tone for my entire stay.
OK, where do I begin? I own a business in Dallas and have been looking for a 'home away from home" for years in that city. It's taken me a LONG time but I finally found that home at Hall Arts Hotel. Aside, from the very well equipped and clean rooms, comfortable beds and bedding and central location, I love the restaurant in the hotel. The food and service there are excellent as is the morning room service. The very best part of the hotel is the staff. From the moment I enter, I am treated with warmth and a genuine desire from the hotel staff to accommodate my every whim (tea bags delivered to my room so that I can make my morning tea in room at the coffee bar), to extra water, dental kit, etc... On my last few visits, I was greeted by Stacy Johnson, Director of Front Desk. She not only remembered me but she remembered my past requests and delivered. In a large city where service is often not so great, Hall Arts goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service all around. This is my new "go to" "home away from home". Thank you Stacy and team. I truly appreciate all you do to make my travel feel more like a treat than a job. Best, Chrissy Sayare, CEO and Founder of To Be Continued...
Went down to Dallas to treat myself on a solo vacation and had the best time. My room was perfection. The hotel is beautiful and really is in the perfect location. It's centralized to everything. It was a new area for me but Gregory, the hotel's courtesy driver, was a life saver. He was super nice and so helpful. He gave me the lay of the land, helped me figure out places to go and things to do, and of course provided drop-off services. So shout-out to him for making my weekend a great one!
Awesome trip! Good ride, good conversation!
Amazing experience at this clean, nice hotel.highly recommend. Special shoutout to Alexis who was very nice and made it very easy to find the sunglasses that I had left there!
