Cons:

Sehr kühl im Zimmer, wurde beim auschecken nicht betreut. Habe 10 min an der unbesetzten Rezeption gewartet und wurde nicht bedient.

Die tolle Lage im Zentrum von Bern, das Restaurant, der sehr freundliche Service, das ruhige und mit dem Notwendigen eingerichteten Zimmer, die Bar mit toller Rundsicht im Dachgeschoss, alles bestens

Cons:

Das Morgenessen - da liegt Verbesserungspotential drin - vor allem bei der Auswahl der Speisen - sonst stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht - ich würde das nächste Mal auf das Morgenessen verzichten
