Pros:

The hotel does not have a gym, it's quite a process to get to what they offer instead, application form to be filled out, then they send you off through Bern to find the place. staff are oblivious to this being a bit of a pain.

Great Location!
Pros:

Location was downright amazing! It was close to all the traditional things to see. Close to the Train station and easy to grab the bus etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Front desk wasn't as friendly as I would have expected. I had ordered a certain type of room but the front desk person argued with me about it. I found my emails with my requests. There was a disconnect with my communication and the front desk. With that being said, I would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

L' accueil a été très bien.
L'emplacement est très central.
Les équipements sont complets ( machine à café, minibar, coffre, sèche cheveux etc..)
Possibilité de se garer au parking metro proche de l'hôtel et à tarif préférentiel à partir de 17h

Cons:

La vue extrêmement limitée est décevante contrairement à ce que les photos laissaient penser. On se sent enfermé.
Les toilettes et la douche ont une porte vitrée qui donne sur la chambre. Ça n'est pas agréable si l'on est accompagné.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Good location for the city and only 5 mins walk from car park. Did not use the bar or restaurant but they looked very pleasant. Clean, spacious and modern room with lots of storage space. Nice lighting options, fridge, bath robes & slippers. Large window for plenty of light, but also very good blackout curtains. Most importantly for me, it was lovely and quiet. Friendly reception staff.

Cons:

Only a little minor, but I don't think the bathroom had an extractor fan - so it got quite steamed up after use.

Tolles Hotel mit schöner Ausstattung. Sehr zentrale Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Casino Parkhaus entfernt. TOP Frühstück

Posizione centrale perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo a Berna grazie ai mezzi pubblici gratuiti. Colazione con ampia scelta sia di dolci che di salato, con prodotti ottimi e freschi. Camera accogliente dotata di ogni comfort, con letto comodissimo, ideale per riposarsi dopo un lungo viaggio e/o una giornata trascorsa in fiera.

I would not choose this hotel in future as some of the staff could make you feel unwelcomed

Cons:

More light above the desk and plugs near the desk not under the desk. A more affordable breakfast option.
