Un séjour très agréable avec aucun soucis à gérer.

Le personnel était parfait. La situation géographique également.

Excellent hotel experience
Pros:

Truly excellent hotel experience from the friendly, helpful reception staff to the breakfast and dining room staff before our departure. Very comfortable room with good bathroom and toiletries, quiet AC. Attika roof terrace is a nice facility with a great ambiance and tasty snacks. Hotel location is ideal for sightseeing in the old city and convenient for restaurants. Free access to public transport and discounted parking nearby are useful bonuses.

Excellent hotel in central Bern
Pros:

Central location. Very clean, good bathroom. Parking close by with discount. Nice breakfast. Nice rooftop bar, helpful staff.

We couldn’t fault it. Really good.

Great location in the centre of the old town . Staff very helpful and even allowing us to change rooms when the lock on

Tea and coffee making facilities. There were only 2 cups , one very small espresso cup and a medium small coffee cup. Very little milk although the receptionist made a great effort to find some on a Sunday when there were no staff anywhere else. Also there was very little tea, only one teabag.
