Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du palais fédéral et autres attractivités atteignables à pied. Grande chambre avec café/thé, sèche-cheveux mis à disposition. Excellent petit déjeuné. Personnel à l'écoute et de bon conseils.

Cons:

Matelas du lit assez dur, mais literie (duvet et coussins) agréable.

Hôtel idéal pour un court séjours dans la capitale.
Pros:

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé. Personnel de la réception très sympathique. Parking public à quelques minutes, tarif préférentiel pour les clients de l'établissement. C'est la 2ème fois que nous choisissons cet établissement et nous somme très satisfait.

Pros:

What a find! Great clean hotel to base yourself at for a trip to Bern. It could not be more central as the train station, tram stops, bus stops and TheOldTown is so close. You are proper in the heart of Bern with this hotel. Breakfast we had no complaints with and the staff are some of the best we have come across. A special mention to reception staff member ELIAS. He understood professionalism and the importance of customer service
