Great Value hotel in the heart of Boston. Just the right blend of a fun atmosphere and great rooms.
Pros:

The Moxy was the best value hotel I've ever stayed in in Boston. Very hip vibe, great, busy bar, a chit for free drinks when you arrive. The area is perfect for launching yourself around Boston. The hospital parking garage is right around the corner. The staff is smart and kind and professional. I liked it so much I'm going to stay in their sister hotel in Atlanta in a month.

Convenient and cute spot in the middle of theatre district Convenient
Pros:

Location was so convenient for the theatre district. All walking distance to where we were going. Small rooms but perfect for a quick weekend stay. Complimentary food and drink vouchers were a plus!

Poor WiFi.. kept lagging

We thought our small room was cozy and we enjoyed the overall vibe of this hotel!
Pros:

We loved the vibe… modern industrial with fun cute decor! Excellent location…

Cons:

The parking could have been better. Our truck could not fit in the recommended garage… they could have posted that it is only for compact cars before we got stuck in it. Lol So we had to locate our own lot that could work for us.

OKish stay but overpriced, not up to standard compared to European Moxy hotels.
Pros:

Check-in was friendly (but did not remember automatically to offer a silent room). The shower had a single-lever mixer, which many other US hotels still lack.

Cons:

The breakfast/dining area was rather dirty. Also, the self-service mentality of this hotel for dinner/breakfast is not up to standard compared other (European) Moxy branches. For instance, I would expect a proper breakfast buffet (without any plastic cutlery & plates). Similarly, the room quality (size, furniture) is much lower compared to European Moxy branches. The water pressure of the shower was rather low.
In addition, even on request the hotel was not able to properly set the (business-related) invoice address or recognize my Marriott membership number.

We love that the cleaning personal was so meticulous about letting averything in order and clean. Also the view was awesone from de 20th floor. The People in general that works in Moxys are so nice and helpful. We just loveit.
