TV didnt work
I enjoyed the style of the hotel, and it was located near Boston Common and downtown sites. Most staff were friendly and attentive.
Staff at the bar/restaurant were nice but very inattentive. I spent so much time there as they almost never checked in and it was hard to get their attention to order or get my check. This is in spite of the number of workers being about the same as the number of guests - it was not busy.
The area was pretty loud at night with sirens and other activity making sleep difficult. A mini fridge would have been nice as well.
The location is great and also the young vibe, especially during the World Cup events - the hotel is in walking distance with every important location/attraction in Boston. The staff were very kind to help when we needed them. Every morning we got a voucher that helped to eat 1 meal and get couple of water bottles or snacks for the day and it was a nice twist to open the morning with.
The rooms were tiny, with 2 suitcases and 2 trolleys we could not get them all open and walk in the room. The room was NOISY, and the air conditioning made it much worse - (as seen in the picture, it’s a known problem). Moreover if you have walking disabilities the uneven/wavy rugs in some of the floors might be a hassle (my family got a room in the same time and a person with walking disabilities had a hard time to navigate in the room - we even asked to take out one of the chairs because of how small the room was).
Every morning when I went to take hot water the water was dirty, but the staff helped to fill my cup from a different source every time I requested.
Great property - would stay again. Loved the free drink and food vouchers.

Loads to do inside the hotel, with the bar with tv’s and seating areas. Free drinks upon arrival and bar vouchers for free food and drink great idea!
Very expensive for such a small room with no balcony. We paid much less for an Airbnb in Dallas and got a whole apartment with a balcony. No smoking Area so had to go sit over the road on a bench.

The property is located near a number of bars. The noise from those bars is extremely loud during the night. Each night we stayed, the noise continued loudly until about 4am. No recognition/apology from the hotel. Also, for the prices they are charging this summer, the general amenities are not worth it, and our room was quite small
