Pros:

We love that the cleaning personal was so meticulous about letting averything in order and clean. Also the view was awesone from de 20th floor. The People in general that works in Moxys are so nice and helpful. We just loveit.

Everything was more than expected. Close to all my entertainment, restaurants and even more. It was an absolute beautiful stay and city. There is no doubt I will return.

Good value for the great location. Most of the staff were very accommodating.
Pros:

Great location with, from the top floors, amazing views. For the most part, the staff was extremely helpful although one woman could really have cared less. The meal and drink vouchers were great. Good value for downtown Boston.

Cons:

The staff member who gave me a blank stare when I asked why there were no trash cans in the rooms. No trash cans in rooms. No water in rooms. A little too loud and hip for me. Seems to be catering to the social media, digital nomad crowd.

Great Location, Great Service.
Pros:

I liked the location. Everything is very accessible from this hotel. The rooms were pretty spacious, and had everything I needed. Staff were amazing. Room service was basically perfect.

Cons:

Biggest flaw, was the lack of food/drink options, due to ingrediant shortage. Unsure if it was due to the massive snowstorm, but there were many drinks and food options not available. The staff did work around the shortage and made mock-up versions of the menu items, which ended up being perfectly fine for me.

Wonderful time at awesome hotel
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful! The accomodations are what you wouldhope for from anywhere you stay (complimentary drink and voucher towards breakfast) Room was perfect size and very clean. The general manager was working the restaurant in the AM and was extremely kind and helpful!!!

I would stay here again for the location and the freebies but maybe get a room not on the city side.
Pros:

Love the location in the theater district and couldn’t beat the price!! The food and drink vouchers at check in were a total surprise and very welcomed!

Cons:

The bar/restaurant ran out of burgers and pizza on a Saturday night…and a lot of drinks on the menu they didn’t have the product for.

Our room was on the city side and on the 16th floor and it was very loud until about 4 am. Even with the room provided sound machine I could hear beeping and yelling
