It was not possible to switch off the main air conditioning. The engineer explained that since the building has no windows the major system cannot switched off. While having an umpleasant temperature, the system was noisy. So confortwise my staying has been poor.
Great vibrant location. Very clean, so much to do all in the building and the area surrounding. Easy to uber to other areas too
Small rooms and would like better and more towels
breakfast was good, facility was creative and aesthetic, staff was very nice
My only complaint and reason for not providing a 10/10 was the noise on the street. The location is extremely loud at night. Felt like cars were literally drag racing outside our window which made it impossible to sleep.

Very welcoming atmosphere! Jay at the front desk was able to squeeze us in for a late checkout and Makenna was very friendly at the bar and recommended the pesto pepperoni flatbread, which exceeded expectations!
Dwayne was super helpful and efficient! The hotel was super accesible and clean! We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway! Thank you!!
I’m here for 5 days on two separate reservations. Dwayne and Julio took care of my request for a nice, corner room and made the experience seamless. These two are an asset to this property. I couldn’t be happier
This place is awesome! A definite boutique experience in downtown Boston. The staff from the front dest( Duane and company) to the bar staff, housekeeping and the wait staff went above and beyond my typical hotel experiences. They were helpful and gracious without effort, it came naturally to them. Great location, exceptional service and a funky vibe that’s a lot of fun.
Dwaune checked us in! He gave us the lay of the land and made sure we had everything we needed. Stay was flawless.

I cannot credit Moxy Downtown Boston enough - it was a fantastic place to stay. The location, theme of the hotel, cleanliness, food available at the bar/after hour snacks, room size and thoughtful design - all AMAZING! Can’t wait to return.
The hotel could look into including room service, rather than the take-away bar downstairs.
