Die Lage vom Hotel ist ideal, nicht weit von der nächsten METRO Station weg. Das Zimmer war genial.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Es gab eine unheimlich grosse Auswahl an Brotsorten als auch Wurst und Käseauswahl. Auch die Auswahl an Gebäck war mehr als genug. Würde in jedem Fall immer wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Cons:

Leider steht das Preisleistungsverhältnis für die grosse Auswahl vom Frühstücksbuffet in keinem Verhältnis. Dieser
Preis ist wirklich total überzogen. Habe schon oft in Hotels dieser Preisklasse übernachtet aber noch nie so viel für ein Frühstück bezahlt. Das ist sehr schade.

Great hotel, great location, and an enjoyable stay

4th time staying due to being at an exhibition at The Rai.
Comfortable, good food, great location, lovely rooms,

Cons:

No more free slippers!!
Maybe extend the room service a bit more and also 10 euros is a little extortionate for a delivery fee

Ótimo pequeno almoço, com variedade e muita qualidade. Quartos muito confortáveis, funcionários simpáticos. Localização próxima de estações de metro e supermercado.

Cons:

Nada de relevante, mas gostaria que fosse possível abrir janela do quarto.

Quiet, cleanliness, location near a metro station close to the city centre, excellent facilities, rich and good buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Reception was often busy, so I had to stand in line to ask a question. Restaurant required a reservation several days in advance, food was sometimes of poor quality, fat and difficult to chew. Asked a double bed, but received 2 single ones put together.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Selten so ein gutes Frühstück im Hotel bekommen. Das Restaurant Selva war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Dass man kein Fenster im Zimmer öffnen konnte. Die Rolltreppe ist nicht besonders hübsch und verleiht dem Empfangsbereich einbisschen Bahnhofscharakter. Muss man mögen.

Pros:

Easy check in process and friendliness of the team. Location was ok: close to the airport and very well connected with public transport.

I have asked for a quite room far from the elevator and it was extremely close to the elevators.
