Prijs buitensporig voor wat je krijgt. Hotel te groot voor faciliteiten.. Inchecken te druk, veel te lang wachten.. ontbijt te krap, te lange rij koffiemachine, geen plek om te lopen.

Buy more Dysons. But I will not go to nHow Amsterdam during the winter.
Pros:

Yes Breakfast and roof top bar was good. Location good because of Metro. Modern hotel. Very busy. All the stuff we could see on the Website - so OK for what we were looking for.

Cons:

The Room Heating system is RUBBISH. The room was TOO COLD and I could NOT increase the temperature. They have installed a RUBBISH Seimons system that:.
1. Couldn't be TURNED OFF - which is MADNESS. Not that I needed that on this trip.
2. I could increase the room temperature by NO MORE than 3 degrees ABOVE the actual room temperature. So if the room was 20 degrees I could ONLY increase it to 23 degrees - WHICH IS TOO COLD FOR ME. I WANT 25 degrees OR MORE. Like I can get in OTHER HOTELS.
The whole system is RUBBISH. And the staff had to send up a Dyson Heater at 1am in the morning to heat the room up. I had to turn it on for the 3 nights. OK.. not the Staff's fault. But someone should tell the CEO of nHow to get it replaced - which they won't because it will cost too much. So - buy more Dysons. But I will not go to nHow Amsterdam during the winter.

Decent location but facilities were limited given the event on the top floor.
Pros:

Great location but the vending area on the ground floor overcharged me and I could get anyone to resolve it. One evening there was an event on so teh restaurant and bar were closed which was disappointing.

Cons:

How my efforts to reclaim the overcharge when I bought a Wrap and a Drink. I was charged 28 Euros when it should've been 11-12 but as I didn't;t have my glasses with me I didn't realize what I was being charged.

Pros:

Bylo vše skvělé, pokoj vždy čistý, příjemně vybavený do stylu. 5 minut metro, autobus ,tak skvělé spojení do centra . Snídaně opravdu vynikající a 17 patro dělá snídani, ještě hezčí. Děkuji a moc rád se zase vrátím.

Cons:

Drahé parkovani ,ale to je celé Holandsko, prostě všude. Jinak nic 👍
