Decent hotel until check out staff spoke to me with attitude

Cons:

Had a great stay literally not one issue. Then as I checked out got one sassy queen on reception who has attitude. He managed to undo all the good the hotel had done. Literally as I asked for my bill. The lady who I asked to print my bill from, needed assistance from him. I had already asked her for my bill to be printed, he then asked me do you want this printed or emailed and as I’ve already been stood there for five minutes I said which is quickest his reply was” well that’s why I asked you “. it was rude uncalled for and at 8 am, I personally as a guest did not need attitude from someone on the front desk. I have to say it left a bad taste in my mouth as I departed from the hotel and not sure I would stay again.

Not in the centre but an excellent location.
Train, metro and tram stops all 2 minutes walk from the hotel entrance.
Bus direct to Keukenhof the same.
Large spacious room.
Staff attentive when required.

Pros:

We spent one night at nhow Amsterdam RAI as a family with two dogs. The team was welcoming and helpful throughout our short stay — check-in was quick and staff were accommodating. Our corner room was a highlight: very spacious, bright, and decorated in the hotel’s modern, colorful style. The bedding was comfortable and the coffee/teapot setup was a cute, thoughtful detail.

Cons:

Practical notes: the room felt a bit chilly because the thermostat only allows a modest temperature increase (roughly +3°C), so you may need to bring a warmer layer. Parking and the dog fee are both on the pricey side for a 4‑star property, which is worth knowing in advance. Dogs are not allowed at Selva (the rooftop restaurant), though they are accepted at breakfast — a welcome plus since many hotels don’t allow that. Minor negatives aside, it was a very pleasant stay and I’d recommend nhow RAI for families travelling with dogs who prioritise design and convenience.

Perfect hotel for us - would recommend and we will return.
Pros:

Really clean, great staff who are helpful, nice little extras such as a selection of free sweets in reception and a handy self service shop for treats and drinks etc. the breakfast is absolutely worth it - great selection and good quality food. Really comfortable beds!

Cons:

Shower pressure isn’t that strong.
Also, For some people the location may not suit as it is slightly out of the centre but we loved that as we love walking and being active, and like to use public transport to see the city like a local.
