Pros:

Fantastic to enjoy a great Breakfast and an amazing view

Cons:

We went to the 24th floor to order a drink and enjoy it in the garden zone, but we were told that no drink could be delivered there, then 5 minutes later another couple got drinks served, this was not a good experience.

Beautiful vibrant hotel, great fun decor.
Clean room
Great location for using metro.
Excellent staff. Especially Patricia, who went out her way to get us bathrobes and help with the heating.

Cons:

We got an extremely weird shaped room (long dark hallway in) which was small (as in bump your legs on stuff walking round the bed). There was no storage/space for suitcase, even the wardrobe was a triangle. Our room was without bathrobes and mini bar, like it wasn't ready for us yet we paid extra on arrival to take this room early, when actually we wish we'd waited on the regular room as this strange one should have been discounted, not extra😔

Perfecto si buscas la nueva Ámsterdam
Pros:

Es muy moderno, cómodo, tiene un detalles increíbles en decoración, además es nuevo y eso lo hace ya especial.
La estación de metro es súper cerca.
Y la estación de los buses para tomar al parque de los tulipanes es al
Frente. ¡volvería mil veces!

Çok keyifli bir hotel

Kahvaltı muhteşemdi
Greg isimli çalışana da özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim.

Cons:

Resepsiyonda ilk karşılamada çok soğuk bir tavırla kaşılandık. Hanımefendi ısrarla kahvaltı hariç ödeme yaptığımızı söyledi. Kahvaltıyı booking aracılığı ile satın aldığımızı belirttik. Telefondaki booking uygulamasını gösterdin. Onu anlamadığını belirtti. Israrla sistemi kontrol etmesini istedik, rica minnet kahvaltı satın aldığımızı anladı ve sonra kabul etti. Profesyonel bir tavır değildi. Böyle bir otele bu kadar umursamaz bir resepsiyonist yakışmadı.
