Хороший вид из номера полулюкс, приятный высокий мужчина официант в ресторане, благодарю его за качественное обслуживание, классный кот у ресторана, бассейн неплохой

Cons:

Чистота, никто не приходил в номер убирать, а приходили уже после звонка на рецепшен при заселении все было грязным, поношенным, дверь на балкон почти не открывалась, соотношение цена качество ужасно, самый худший отель за такую цену. На завтраке невкусная еда, если есть другие варианты- я бы этот не рассматривала

Unfortunately, our three-night stay did not meet the standards we would expect from a four-star hotel.

The first major issue was housekeeping. The bed linen had visible stains in several places, as shown in the photos. After housekeeping serviced the room, the bed was made extremely poorly and untidily — honestly, it looked more like a bed made by a small child than by professional housekeeping staff in a four-star hotel.

During our entire three-night stay, the bathroom amenities, including shampoo and soap, were never replenished. Even the glasses we had used for drinks the previous evening were left unwashed the following day.

There was an electric kettle in the room, but strangely, nothing was provided with it — no tea, no coffee, and not even complimentary drinking water. Having a kettle without anything to actually prepare with it seemed rather pointless, particularly for a hotel of this category.

Breakfast was another major disappointment. The photos advertised by the hotel give the impression of a much more varied buffet, showing different cheeses, cold cuts, nuts and other options. The reality was very different. There were no nuts at all, and the selection was extremely limited, with essentially one type of cheese, one type of olives, eggs and a few other basic items.

The bread and croissants were stale, hard and did not seem fresh. The coffee machine also appeared to be in serious need of maintenance and descaling. It could take around five minutes just to dispense a small cup of espresso.

Getting hot water for tea was surprisingly difficult as well. Hot water was frequently unavailable, and on several occasions I specifically had to ask for it. Twice, a thermos was brought to me containing lukewarm rather than hot water.

Communication with the staff was also difficult, as several staff members had very limited English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated.

Dozeri sa sapunom u sobama prazni, dobili 1 mali sapun za 3 dana boravka, dorucak nikakav, pre 3 godine hotel je skroz drugacije izgledao (lepsi, imao lezaljke, mini dvoriste da se sunca i popije kafa) , zaradili trovanje hranom iz restorana
