Uitstekend verblijf vlakbij de luchthaven

Ideaal hotel om na een lange vlucht eerst een nacht in Edmonton te verblijven en comfortabel en betaalbaar uit te rusten om daarna verder te reizen. Het is een mooi modern, nieuw en schoon hotel. Mooie ruime kamers, en een groot en comfortabel bed. Airco is goed regelbaar. En bij aankomst konden we ook wat eten en drinken in het hotel, dus alles was aanwezig, en hebben wij een heel goed verblijf gehad.

Non si riesce a trovare il numero diretto della struttura per chiedere la navetta dall’aeroporto. Dopo 30’ di attesa ho preso un taxi 20CAD . Da internet si trova solo il numero del call center che non è in grado di metterti in contatto direttamente con l’hotel

Overall, our stay was good, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved.

We booked a room for four people (2 adults and 2 children), but only one shower towel was provided. It would be helpful if the number of towels provided matched the number of guests in the reservation.

The breakfast area was also very busy during our stay, and there wasn’t enough seating available for everyone. Expanding the seating area or having a better system to accommodate busy breakfast times could make the experience more comfortable for guests.

We appreciate the effort of the hotel staff and hope these suggestions can help improve the experience for future guests.

Great place to stay when flying in or out of Edmonton International airport.
Pros:

Location to the airport is really good. They have an airport shuttle, so I think it is only about 5min away. The room was a nice size and clean. Breakfast was quite good, a number of things to choose. We were welcomed by very friendly employees. There is also an outlet mall very close to the hotel.

Nothing really stands out.
