员工很好，尽最大努力帮助我，有求必应，位置也很好，离go bus 车站很近，打车只需要25埃镑。打扫得很干净，早餐也很有仪式感，大家在一起吃，好像电视里演绎一样。

Cons:

隔音有点差，睡在临街的房间，一整晚都被吵得不行，一直有鬼火少年在开摩托车，超级大声，但是第二晚太累了，什么声音都吵不了我了。

这家店房间内的配套很齐全，和中国国内的酒店差不多，床单被子都很舒服，房间也很宽敞，我们两个人给了一个三床房，有电梯，有拖鞋质量还不错，一楼可以吃早餐，有免费热水，而且重要的是前台是24小时的，对半夜到赫尔格达到游客非常友好。而且可以跟前台定第二天到出海项目，价格也公道，体验下来非常好，成功看到了海豚，经理人很好，出海跟他们借了浴巾，第二天还能免费寄存行李，在公共区域坐着休息，充电。很舒服的酒店，下次有机会会再来住。The hotel rooms are fully equipped, similar to hotels in China, with comfortable linens and spacious rooms. We provided a three-bedroom room with an elevator, slippers of decent quality, breakfast on the first floor, and free hot water. Most importantly, the front desk is 24/7, making it very friendly for visitors arriving in Helge. Moreover, you can book a sea trip the next day with the front desk at a reasonable price, and the experience was great. The manager was very kind and borrowed bath towels from them. You can also store your luggage for free the next day and rest and recharge in the public areas. Very comfortable hotel; I'll stay here again next time.
