Superbe vue
Pros:

Superbe emplacement au calme dans les hauteurs de Exo Gonia. Ambiance relax, Dimitris nous a super bien accueillis!
La suite avec 2 chambres très bien agencée. Superbe petite terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux avec produits faits maison!
Excellent restaurant à 3mn à pieds: Metaxi mas

L’accès est compliqué si on est chargé en valises! Mais c’est le prix de la tranquillité 😉

If we ever return to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Santorini is very touristy in the north of the island (around Fira and Oia). This makes it quite crowded and highly commercialized (far too many shops, etc.). The south of the island, however, is a breath of fresh air. The villages are more picturesque and there are fewer tourists. This is where this hotel is located, which makes it a fantastic destination on Santorini.

The hotel is very pleasant, built on the side of a slope, offering fantastic views from everywhere. The rooms are designed like cave dwellings, and we absolutely loved the in-room jacuzzi. The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. The breakfast also gave us the perfect start to the day—extensive and delicious.

Pros:

Nous avons adoré la localisation. Un havre de paix et de calme total, idéal pour se ressourcer après des journées de découverte et que dire de la vue ? Les mots manquent tant elle est imprenable et spectaculaire à chaque heure de la journée mais l'âme de cet endroit réside aussi dans son équipe. Un immense merci à Dimitri, d’une bienveillance et d’une efficacité rare. Il répond à la vitesse de l’éclair. Enfin, nos matinées ont été illuminés par la douceur de la dame qui prépare les petits-déjeuners. Son sourire quotidien vaut tout l’or du monde. Une adresse précieuse que nous garderons gravée dans nos cœurs. Merci pour tout.

Cons:

Le + dur a été de plier bagage et de dire au revoir à cette vue. Comme partout à Santorin, le relief se mérite et il y a de nombreuses marches à monter, à noter, si vous voyagez avec des bagages très lourds (bien que l’équipe soit là pour aider). Rien de bloquant, juste un tout petit manque de rangement pour 3 personnes sur une semaine complète mais c’est un petit détail par rapport à la qualité du séjour. Le seul petit bémol pour un séjour en famille est la présence de 2 vitres sur la porte des toilettes/salle de bain. Cela manque un peu d’intimité, même si cela n’a pas gâché notre merveilleuse semaine.

Worth the stay
Pros:

Accommodation is amazing, clean and worth the visit, we were lucky to be upgraded, we stayed for one night, breakfast is lovely too

Cons:

Location is difficult to get too especially if you have luggage, plus we were bitten the most here,not sure if it's due to the hot tub in room. Dimitris kindly gave us soothing cream (bless him)

A Beautiful Stay with Some Gaps
Pros:

We had an overall very enjoyable stay at Nano Suites. The villas were clean, well-maintained, and had a charming, authentic Santorini style that really added to the experience. The indoor jacuzzi was a big hit with the kids and made the stay even more special.

One standout highlight was the breakfast. Although it costs €12 per person, it is absolutely worth it—easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve had, with great quality and variety.

Cons:

A few areas where the experience could be improved:
1. The pool was not working during our entire stay, which was disappointing, especially for the kids. We were repeatedly told it would be fixed “today or tomorrow,” but unfortunately, that never happened.
2. The TVs in the villas are quite outdated, and even a standard HDMI connection didn’t work, which limited entertainment options.
3. Parking can be challenging. There is a secondary parking area, but it doesn’t show up correctly on Google Maps. It’s best to contact the host in advance to get accurate directions.

One final point that impacted our experience: on the last day, after checkout, we had a few hours to spare and wanted to sit on the terrace under the shaded umbrella area. It was closed by the staff, who said it was due to wind, although conditions seemed calm and it had been open earlier during breakfast. Despite explaining that we were traveling with two small children, the request was declined. This interaction felt a bit disappointing and contrasted with the otherwise positive experience.
