Pros:

Jeune femme à l'accueil totalement inefficace. À l'arrivée elle ne trouve pas notre réservation et nous envoie vers un autre hôtel plus loin. Finalement pour revenir à l'hôtel précédent. Au cours du séjour on lui demande si le chauffage fonctionne elle nous dit que non alors que nous avons réussi à l'allumer par nos propres moyens. Au moment de partir en lui demande de nous appeler un taxi et dit qu'il n'y en a pas , elle ne fait aucun effort en rien. ! La jeune femme au petit déjeuner on lui demande un peu de beurre elle a refusé d'en donner. C'était la première fois qu'on voyait ça dans un hôtel, surtout pour un hôtel soi-disant 3 étoiles au Pérou. Latitude du personnel est vraiment très moyen !!! À part le monsieur du premier jour du second hôtel qui a essayé de rattraper l'attitude des concertante de la jeune femme. Ils font partie du même groupe d'hôtel.

Pros:

Very clean, modern and comfortable little hotel, right in the center of town. Personal very kind and helpful. Very few water in the room and only lukewarm shower. Breakfast very poor.
