Tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Tolles Konzept insbesondere mit dem Gemeinschaftsraum zum Kochen, spielen etc. Gute Anbindung in die City.

Cons:

Es hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können. Der Check-In mit den vielen Schlüsseln in der App ist etwas kompliziert.

Pros:

The great room and our room was comfy

Cons:

Not having a live person to immediately interact with for dropping off luggage. We waited over 10 minutes for someone help us on locking up luggage and then about 40 minutes when we needed to get it out. Folks on community phone didn’t speak English so it was frustrating and we had to ask another guest if they speak English could call them since we weren’t getting any call backs with someone who could speak English

Excellent hotel, great concept, would stay again.
Pros:

Great concept. Wonderful room layout with expanding beds and kitchen. Great bathroom. Quiet, air conditioned and comfy (full kitchen) and easy washer dryer access.

Cons:

Convenient to Wankdorf train station, and Coop (grocery store) in building, but some noise but not terrible, but not scenic either.

Love modern technology for self check in and mobile keys, room is cute, sound proof and has everything you need. Paid garage is under the building. Close to the Wankdorf shopping centre.

Pros:

Alors, nous avons découvert le concept du tout automatisé, il est d’ailleurs indispensable de faire le Check in online avant d’arriver et d’avoir activé ses clés dématérialisées (une page web avec plusieurs « boutons » qui permettent d’ouvrir l’ascenseur, l’appartement, la porte d’entrée, etc.).
Une fois sur place, on peut générer soi-même un badge physique.
Heureusement, une hôtesse très efficace et accueillante nous a tout expliqué et une fois que l’on a compris cet ingénieux concept, tout devient simple.
Attention en cas de besoin d’explications, l’accueil a une plage horaire, ne pas arriver trop tard dans ce cas.
L’immeuble est situé dans une zone nouvelle, non loin de l’autoroute.
A part la gare de Bern Wankdorf, il n’y a rien et beaucoup d’espace autour des deux seuls bâtiments occupant ce site.
C’est une impression personnelle, cet endroit fait assez « mort » notamment le soir. En conséquence, prévoir de se restaurer en ville ou de cuisiner dans le studio.
J’en viens à son équipement, qui est très complet et de taille correcte. La décoration est très moderne.
L’insonorisation est efficace.
Il faut souligner l’espace commun près de l’accueil, avec le billard, le coin lecture, etc. , dans un style « co-working »
Pour rejoindre le centre historique de cette magnifique ville, voiture indispensable avec un peu moins de 10mn de trajet.

Cons:

Un manque de communication en amont, au niveau de la sur-automatisation de l’accès aux services.
Il a fallu demander à plusieurs personnes pour trouver l’entrée du parking et découvrir en sous-sol, que l’accès au bâtiment … était à quelques mètres de la voiture, après avoir sorti tous les bagages par la mauvaise sortie et aboir rejoint le bon bâtiment en surface !
Très peu d’indications en termes de signalisation.
24 CHF pour le parking de 23h à 11h, à prendre en compte dans le coût total, en cas de comparaison avec une autre solution de logement.
