Zentral, funktional mit allem nötigen Komfort.
Pros:

Check-In super easy und praktisch. Funktionell eingerichtetes Familienzimmer mit viel Stauraum, wunderbarer Bettwäsche und grosszügiger Dusche. Toller Aufenthaltsraum. Trotz hoher Verkehrsdichte rundherum ruhige Lage. Direkte Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Zum Hotel und Zimmer gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Reinigungskraft klopfte mehrmals an, weil sie wohl Zimmer vor dem ordentlichen Check-Out reinigen wollte.

Schönes Hotel an super Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön, geräumig und hell sowie modern eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist top, und trotz der nahegelegenen Bahnlinie ist in den Zimmern nichts zu hören.

Cons:

Das Online-Check-in-Verfahren funktioniert zwar problemlos, allerdings muss man eine Ausweiskopie hochladen. Angesichts der weltweit zunehmenden Cyberangriffe bin ich zurückhaltend, meine Daten jeder Organisation anzuvertrauen. Ich hoffe, dass hierfür künftig eine bessere Lösung gefunden wird.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man hat sich recht schnell zurecht gefunden in dem Gebäude und auch von der Tiefgarage zum Hotel war alles gut ausgeschildert. Das Kostenlose WLAN war besonders unten in der Tiefgarage hilfreich. Man ist gleich neben einer Bahnstation von dort aus kommt man mit dem Zug in 5 min ins Stadtzentrum. Gleich mit in dem Gebäude befindet sich ein Coop, falls man nicht die Zeit hat noch schnell in die Stadt zu fahren oder ins Wankdorf Center zu gehen, kann man dort hin.

Die Schlüssel für das Gebäude und die Zimmerschlüssel haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Man hat alles auf dem Handy und es ist alles übersichtlich gestaltet.
Für Leute die nicht gerne mit anderen reden oder so. Ist gerade das Stay Kooook sehr zu empfehlen. Der Check In und das aus checken haben einwandfrei über das Handy funktioniert.
