Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Sehr nette Managerin vor Ort, die sich auch um das Frühstück kümmerte. Die Zimmer waren sehr hübsch ausgestattet. Die Bäder ein bisschen unpraktisch, aber hübsch anzusehen. Die Räume im Erdgeschoß sehr schön gestaltet. Rundherum eine schöne Unterkunft.

The property was perfect location and absolutely beautiful!

We loved our stay at the Dreamers B&B! It was right in the historic district and so close to the riverwalk where we spent most of our visit. The property was quiet, private, and peaceful which was perfect for our anniversary trip. The room was spacious and welcoming. The decor was eclectic and unique. We could visit again and again, staying in a different room each time for a new vibe/view/experience.

We loved our stay at Dreamers B&B. Our room was wonderful - the shower was a bit hard to manage - but otherwise spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and Cheryl was so nice!

The location was perfect. Beautiful place and the Manager was so accommodating! Pleasant to speak with and very attentive. We have already booked again.

Great B&B - lovely room downstairs - excellent breakfast. Location can't be beat. Only problem was figuring out how to use the shower!

The place was wonderful: great location, well maintained and clean. But the service was exceptional - Sherry is an incredible host, attentive to every detail and wish. She prepares a fantastic breakfast and accommodated our every wish and need without being in our space often, like at some hotels. Absolutely zero downsides to our stay - we highly recommend and would definitely return when our plans take us back to Wilmington.

What a lovely stay! It’s a beautiful property located in a quiet neighborhood close to, but not in, the livelier downtown area. The house is well maintained and comfortable. Sherry is an excellent host, and was very accommodating and responsive. And breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We’d definitely recommend and return ourselves.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary staying a couple of wonderful nights enjoying all the extras they offer! When we registered we checked all the boxes! Massages in our room! Yes! Three course dinner in our room! Yes! And we were definitely so happy we did! The massages were great and I am still full from the wonderful scrumptious dinner in our room! Breakfast is included and it was superb each morning! The grounds were all groomed and beautiful! Walking the path to our suite made us feel we were in a tropical villa! I loved the text system giving us move in instructions. We will be returning! And we have stayed in many B n bs over the years! This one is in our top two ever!

Absolutely adored this property! It looks exactly like the pictures, is in a perfect location, walking distance to the historic district. Our room was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. Our host was so sweet and a great chef, can’t wait to be back!

The hospitality was amazing and the historic district of this home was super cute and I personally walked downtown and enjoyed the river district. The house at night when I walked back had such a cool vibe I took some pics.

Food, location, decor, good air conditioning, wet room, amenities, staff, clean

We had a wonderful stay at Dreamers BnB. We chose the "run of the house option" which means we automatically got upgraded to the Romantic Suite for the same price as a smaller room. Our suite was in the bottom floor & had views of the garden all around. The bathroom was huge (almost as big as the main room!) and had lots of plants inside too. The room was nicely decorated & the bed was comfy. The check-in was remote, but the innkeeper responded quickly to questions. You have the option to pay for parking, but we easily found free on-street parking just a half a block down on a perpendicular street. But the real star of the show was the breakfast! It changed daily, but was always delicious! It started with a "sweet" platter to share & could range from pancakes to pastries and always included fruit. The 2nd course was individually plated and usually had a form of eggs, meats, plus veggies / potatoes. My husband isn't normally a breakfast person, but he was raving about the food. Just a few streets up from downtown, the location is great & easily walkable. We would definitely stay here again!
