This property is beautiful! You can see all of the meticulous detail that has been put into it. It is very convenient to all of the shops and restaurants with just a few minutes of walking. The property manager is wonderful and very friendly.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this bed and breakfast. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property was not being properly maintained. Plus parking was an issue and I had to find parking a few blocks away from the house but I was told I could pay another $25.00 to park on the property which I felt was a gouge with being a paying guest.
The biggest issue was that there was no hot water during my stay, which made showering extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. The room was located on the third floor and with just having stairs which were uneven in places it made it difficult to get my luggage up three flights and no one was there to assist in any way.
The room itself was also in poor condition. Several of the blinds were broken, making it difficult to control light and privacy. The decor in the room was outdated and unattractive, with minimal lighting creating an unwelcoming atmosphere rather than the cozy charm you would expect from a bed and breakfast. I peaked into other rooms which I must say looked much nicer and brighter.
Breakfasts were another letdown. The food was kind of bland, uninspired, and lacked the homemade quality that many guests look forward to when choosing this type of accommodation. To make matters worse, the seating in the dining area was quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal.
Overall, the experience fell well below expectations. With issues ranging from basic amenities to comfort and food quality. Having stayed in bed and breakfasts all over the world for years, I know what to expect when I stay in one. I would not recommend this bed and breakfast unless significant improvements are made.

Fantastic 1887 restored home, large and lovely rooms, great location near historic center, great breakfast and service. Very helpful on bike rental.

Lovely old Victorian mansion well restored. Rooms were large and comfortable. Sherry my host was the best. Location to historic district very close, 5 minutes to waterfront. Breakfast was excellent. Great neighborhood. Bed comfortable. Most highly recommended!

Our stay at Dreamers was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in room 4 on the second floor. The room and the bathroom were both clean, spacious and had great light. The breakfast each morning was gourmet, and we appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable service. There is also a coffee/tea station and cake plate that's available any time. Our favorite was the huge, historic porch we enjoyed day and night. The walk to restaurants, stores and bars in downtown Wilmington is quick, safe and interesting. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for our wedding week and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. From the impeccably curated rooms to the homemade breakfast prepared each morning by Sherry, it felt so unique and cozy. It was a truly elevated bed and breakfast experience. We will definitely be back!!

Breakfast was great; location was great

This was the most perfect hotel ever. It was adorable. The room was so great, the breakfast was fresh and amazing. We were givern chairs, towels, and umbrellas for our beach day. The location was amazing and in the middle of everything, with the water a 2 min walk away. Would reccomend staying here to anyone that asked.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Very peaceful. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in downtown Wilmington this year and stayed in the Stargazer Suite here. We absolutely loved it. The bed was comfortable for both of us, the location was great relative to shops and restaurants downtown, check in was easy and smooth, the room was clean and well decorated/designed. We especially loved the standing bath tub and rain shower. But our favorite part of the stay had to be breakfast- the dining room was so charming and the food was delicious! Everything about our stay was fantastic, we will be back!

Such a beautiful house with stylish decor. Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, wonderful staff, and 8 minute walk to downtown historic area.

I had an amazing stay here during a quick overnight trip. I arrived around 11pm, and the self check‑in instructions were spot on and incredibly clear. The room was even more comfortable and romantic than the photos suggest. The rain shower was delightful, and the mattress had me sleeping like a baby — just in time to wake up for the decadent three‑course breakfast. Every dish was beyond delicious, and the dining room ambiance made it even better.

I’ve already recommended this place to everyone I saw at the event I was in town for. If you’re coming to Wilmington, I can’t recommend it highly enough. Hope to come back soon. Thank you!

Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Sehr nette Managerin vor Ort, die sich auch um das Frühstück kümmerte. Die Zimmer waren sehr hübsch ausgestattet. Die Bäder ein bisschen unpraktisch, aber hübsch anzusehen. Die Räume im Erdgeschoß sehr schön gestaltet. Rundherum eine schöne Unterkunft.

We loved our stay at the Dreamers B&B! It was right in the historic district and so close to the riverwalk where we spent most of our visit. The property was quiet, private, and peaceful which was perfect for our anniversary trip. The room was spacious and welcoming. The decor was eclectic and unique. We could visit again and again, staying in a different room each time for a new vibe/view/experience.
