Familias que desean hospedarse con menores de edad(0meses a 3años) observar política de alimento

Su ubicación y que todas las instalaciones están limpias

Lo que no me gustó fue que el hotel tiene una política de no poder sacar alimentos del restaurante en mi caso llevaba un niño de un año el cual por su edad no les gusta estar mucho tiempo sentado observando ingerir alimentos por lo que decidí llevarme en mi taza personal de plástico las frutas pero el Señor Juan groseramente me indico que si no sabia leer y no me permitió sacar mis frutas por lo que me tuve que retirar con mi plato personal vacío sugiero que existan platos de cartón plástico etc que no dejen sacar la vajilla pero los alimentos si porque se supone que los q visitamos el hotel vamos de relajamiento a disfrutar y no ha pasar hambre obviamente si es un hotel todo incluido ..

Relaxing and clean
Pros:

We loved the stay! Staff was friendly, food was out of this world and the beach area was clean. You even get a server in the beach.

La ubicación y las piscinas y playa buenas

Cons:

Las comidas deberían de cocinar cosas diferentes mas pechuga a la plancha,alitas o pollo frito,papas fritas o asadas no tanta pasta en lo personal el desayuno muy bueno
Las comidas deben de variar, el personal del restaurant 10/10 excelentes

Good staff

Cons:

Rooms ill equipped. No dresser, no beer, no tissue for nose. Coffee station on wooden surface. Shower had limited place to set things and curtain hung outside threshold. The safe was NOT AFFIXED to anything, making it possible to be taken easily. Beach area is extremely small.

My stay and the food was good.
Pros:

I like how my room was. I asked for two beds and I got two bedrooms with three beds and two bathrooms.

Cons:

The property did not have an 🏧.

The staff was incredible! David was the best. Dylan at the pool. Sam the concierge was extremely informative. It was quiet and very relaxing which is why we were there. We will definitely be back!

La calidad de la comida y bebida, se nota que cada vez va a peor... no es culpa de los trabajadores, sino de la empresa que busca recortar gastos a costa de la calidad.
La explotación laboral a la que están sometidos sus empleados...

Die kleinere Atmosphäre und die Ruhe am Innenpool ohne laute Musik am Tag. Sauberer Stransbschnitt ohne Seegras. Liegen am Strand. Service am Pool und Strand. All Inclusive!

Keine Cocktailkarte oder Aushang. Unprofessionelle Cocktailzubereitung.
Buffet, insbesondere Dinner fast immer gleich.

Cet hôtel - emplacement est bien pour se Reposer + Plage — non NightLife
Pros:

L’hôtel a une belle plage privé, personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Manque le Guacamole au buffet…. On est au Mexique et pas une fois on a eu le Guacamole, très dommage…

C’est un hôtel pour se reposer, la ville est loin. Vous devez avoir une voiture avec vous. Le soir pas grand chose à faire à l’hôtel, niveau animation.

me gusto mucho la piscina muy limpia, la ubicacion esta muy bien queda el centro y bares a max 10 min en carro, las comidas que ofrecen (bufet) muy rico muy variado, la playa es 24 hras super padre para una noche de relax..

Tiene actividades todos los dias tanto en piscina como en zona de restaurante, la limpieza la realizan todos los dias y muy serviciales los trabajadores....

Bien pour le prix
Pros:

Le personnel est agréable. Les deux piscines sont bien, une en extérieur et une intérieure mais avec toit ouvert.
Il y'a 4 restaurants, un à la piscine qui sert des hot-dogs et des hamburgers de 12h à 17h. Un restaurant de sushi ouvert certains midi. Un restaurant italien ouvert certains midi et soir. Le dernier restaurant est un buffet à volonté ouvert matin, midi et soir tout les jours. Service de boissons en continu à la piscine.

Cons:

Les cocktails sont un peu trop servis avec de la glace. Le barman met tout dans un blender et le cocktail se transforme en granité. C'est un peu gênant quand on demande par exemple un daikiri. Les chambres commencent un peu à vieillir, mais rien de grave pour le moment.
Comme c'est du all inclusive, certaines personnes abusent et s'alcoolisent trop. Nous avons constaté des jeunes filles ivres qui se tenaient aux murs pour marcher. Le soir vers 4h du matin, elles couraient dans les couloirs en hurlant.
