El acceso a la playa y las habitaciones.
El restaurante de hot dogs y hamburguesas.
El primer hotel donde he deseo irme en lugar de quedarme. Los horarios de los restaurantes no se adaptan a las necesidades del huésped.
El restaurante de sushi no se podía reservar, por que ya estaba lleno hasta el día que nosotros ya nos íbamos. El restaurante buffet: desayuno normalito, almuerzo regular y cena fatal. La comida sin sabor y poca variedad. Muchos huéspedes pedimos comida a domicilio, por que la comida del buffet no era apetecible.
Para estar en Mexico no hay nada de gastronomía mexicana, excepto unos chilaquiles sin sabor del buffet y unos tacos de arroz con patatas que un dia en específico puedes comer en el restaurante italiano.
En el Gym no hay dispensador de agua y nunca hay nada para desinfectar las maquinas.
Las bebidas alcohólicas no tienen alcohol.
El recinto es pequeño y te aburres de hacer siempre lo mismo.
La atención en el bar de la piscina, el bartender se enfadaba cuando le pedías otro trago.
No tienen un espacio para los shows de karaoke y lo hacen entre el restaurante buffet y la piscina. Un día llovió mientras estaba el show y todo los que estaba allí se mojaron.
El lobby en la zona donde los huéspedes salen a pasar el rato sentados y tomando bebidas alcohólicas del bar que está al lado del restaurante buffet.
En resumen: para ser un todo incluido, creo no disfrutas nada, por que es un falso todo incluido.
Siempre te dirá, no témenos, ya esta cerrado, ya se acabo.
No gastaría mi dinero en este hotel nuevamente.
Este hotel me encanto, todo estuvo 10 de 10 la comida muy rica, el personal es muy amable, obviamente regresaré!!
Playa, comida
Es cómodo y muy familiar, el personal es atento y amable, en concreto tuve la oportunidad de conocer a Alejandro, muy buena persona. El buffet es pequeño pero está todo muy rico y muy sabroso, bien hecho, bien cuidado, cada dos por tres reponen lo que falte.
Las instalaciones de la habitación estaban un poco viejas, nuestro grifo de la pica estaba suelto.

On my 3rd day there, the staff gave a key to my room to another guest, thankfully I was there to stop it, but it is an unforgivable mistake.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had mostly everything. We got the room with ocean view and it was worth it. Give a small tip to the bartenders and they treat you like royalty. Shoutout to my friends Manuelito and Gaspar in the pool bar.
Everything was good in general, but it can get a little noisy in the hallways. Not something that really bothered us, but might wanna keep it in mind.

Hotel was aged but very well kept. Great food, at 230 per night for 2, freat value. The really special thing was the staff. Without exception engaged, attentive friendly without being over the top. Beautiful people, fab job by all.
Literally the only thing l found a bit gauche was sliced hotdogs at breakfast, but as there were some younger kids there l get it. Food was great.
Mi reserva fue para 2 adultos ,2 niños ,y al momento de llegar me comentaron que tenian disponible una habitacion un poco mas grande para mayor comodidad y asi fue 😁
