L'hotel Business ha superato le aspettative viste anche le recenti esperienze.

 

Per il prezzo contenuto di una sola notte, ho ricevuto un soggiorno all'ottavo piano, panoramico e silenzioso, di un'ottima, grande stanza con arredi di design e buon gusto, in hotel di recente costruzione a 1 km da uno degli ingressi principali della medina.

Ampia metratura, pulizia l, igiene, letto king-size, lavabo ed accessori inseriti nella stanza, secondo le nuove tendenze di design. Doccia in ambiente separato, wc in altro ambiente.

Arredi eleganti, quadri alle pareti, due grandi finestre, moquette pulita, aria condizionata efficiente, non invasiva, TV 50', acqua calda costante e in quantità, non sempre scontata.

Buon servizio in tutti i settori dell'hotel.

Cena gradevole, più costosa che in altri locali di pari qualità in Tunisia, ma: a km zero perché in piacevole location all'aperto al nono piano, con cucina a vista e vista notturna sulla città.

Parcheggio "approssimativo", spero non a rischio multa, a due metri dall'albergo.

Inaspettatamente soddisfatto.

I was disappointed by the room allocation decisions made by the reception staff, as my clearly state

I liked very much the attention and service given by the staff during dinner on teh 9th floor in the evening, The service was quick effiecient and friendly.

Cons:

I was initially given a room with two single beds pushed together, despite having booked a room with one large double bed. I was informed that this was because I had requested a quiet room that did not overlook the main road. However, the room I was assigned was actually located on the side of the main road, so it was far from being the quiet room I had requested.

In addition, the WC in this room was extremely small. As a larger person, I found it very difficult and uncomfortable to use. This significantly affected my comfort and made my stay less enjoyable than it should have been.
