Excellent stay in a lovely hotel!
Pros:

Great location, good value for money, clean facilities, breakfast selection was plentyful.
Viki, who checked me in and then served us in the bar is a lovely person, so friendly with positive attitude and always there to assist. Thank you Viki!

Veľmi dobrá lokalita, hneď pri zjazdovke, aj keď lepšia zjazdovka bola St. Oswald cca 5 km od hotela.
Raňajky boli super, veľký výber, vždy dostatok, priebežne doplnovali. Praženicu, volské oká a palacinky si urobíte sami,

Komunikácia s vedenim hotela? Neviem s kým sme komunikovali.

obyt sme mali objednaný cez booking, síce bol objednaný bez možnosti zrušenia, bez možnosti vrátenia peňazí, ale nech mi nikto nehovorí, že keď sme chceli zmeniť termín pobytu na iný, tak sa to nijakým štýlom nedalo zmeniť, nepáčil sa mi taký neľudský prístup, lebo neverím tomu, že sa to nedalo zmeniť, voľná miesta boli...tak len toľko, ale napokon sme to nejako dali, páčilo sa nám

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Die Lage ist super, es sind zum Sessellift Maibrunn nur ein paar Gehminuten, genau so zur Therme St. Kathrein. Das Hotel ist absolut optimiert und auf Nachhaltigkeit bedacht.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte umfangreicher sein können.

Došao bih opet. Skijaške staze su vrlo, vrlo dobre i nema gužvi.

Garaža 8€ na dan i prazna. Samo nadkrivena, temperatura kao i vani jer je sve otvoreno. Čini mi se da sam vanjski parking platio 1€ na dan. Malo čudno. Obično sam na skijalištima plaćao garažu ali je bila zatvorena i grijana. Na vanjskim parkiralištima u sklopu hotela ne plaća se ništa. Nije to neki novac ali...

U rezervaciji sam naveo da nemogu doći prije 24 sata i da tražim sobu za pušaće i tv program katastrofa nema sporta a ima internet problemi u komunikaciji za dolazak poslje 22 sata

Sadržaji su zadovoljavajući, no ventilacija u sobi nije radila, nedostaje frižider te bi dobro došlo više rasvjete. Sveukupno ugodan boravak uz manja poboljšanja.
