Clean, breakfast included, walkable (short distance to busy 70 St. Lots of restaurants near by. TV didn’t work. Elevador not in service for one Day, but staff was helpful and brought our Luggage sien from 5th flor.
Terrible customer service when confronting a problem with the TV. Jakussi has to be turned on from reception, so you have to call every 20 minutes (apparently the timer) so that they turn it on again. The "restaurant" area is literally an extension of the parking lot with no division whatsoever between the dining area and the parking.

Some of the rooms are super good. The sweets are wonderful with Jacuzzi. I transferred to a regular room and then like it so much.
It was close and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the popping street with bars and clubs! The room don’t have much to offer like no pictures on the wall it’s just the bed and the tub and bathroom and small closet and night stand! Make sure to bring wash clothes they do not offer that! Only towel for shower!! Breakfast was good only went once! Only giving 4 star because the room didn’t have no excitement to it!

Extraordinario servicio deñ atento personal, buenas facilidades y opciones para comer y divertirse caminando.
Solo hay que cambiar los " mattress" de cama o ponerles "memory foam toppers" de 3 pulgadas de alta densidad porque ahora mismo están hundidos y algo incómodos.
