Mejor no ofrezcan desayuno.
Pros:

Buena ubicacion con buenos comercios en los alrededores, incluyendo restaurantes para almorzar / cenar.

Cons:

El desayuno y el asensor de adelante que resultaba escaso. El de atras muy lejos !!!
Hay que avisar el dia anterior que te limpien la habitación.

Very disappointing experience

Overall, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I stayed here for work, and the booking was arranged for me. From the start, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and provided poor customer service.

During my stay, the cleaning staff entered my room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed on the door. In addition, two of the supposedly fresh towels and one of the four washcloths had long black hairs on them, which was unacceptable.

After my stay, I needed an itemized receipt showing the nightly rate for work reimbursement purposes. I called the hotel on two separate occasions and spoke with front desk staff who both assured me they would email the receipt, but I never received anything.

I have considered staying at La Quinta properties in the past, but after this experience, I will be sticking with Hilton and Marriott moving forward.

Stayed here during a family medical emergency and made an honest booking mistake, which I reported immediately. We checked out early and did not use the remaining nights, yet the hotel refused any adjustment or credit. Management was unresponsive and extremely dismissive. The lack of empathy and flexibility was disappointing and not what I expected from a hospitality brand.

El hotel más ruidoso donde me he quedado, no hicieron limpieza, pésimo desayuno no tienen control de las amenidades del hotel. No tienen control del horario de la piscina y tuvimos que llamar dos veces después de las 11pm para que hicieran silencio, igual para las habitaciones y la gente. No tienen política de descanso para el ruido
