I have no choice your the cheapest around I have to put up with it.

The staff not knowing English, them not answering the phone, I had to call back to back with two different phones to get them to pick up. My shower has horrible pressure honestly non at all it barely switches too the top I have to actually use the ice bucket to wash my self off, picture a leaky faucet that’s what was coming out of the shower head.
The biggest problem for me was the door it’s not safe at all, they usually have pad locks but this one had nothing my two year old can open it, he’s gotten out one time that was the scariest, I had to block it with the couch that’s how unsafe I felt.

Room booking didnt exist. Mold in room

Cons:

To start off, I booked the family suite through booking.com. upon arrival, I was told the family suite did not exist and my booking would have to be canceled. I was offered a different room for a cheaper price. Upon entering into the room, there was black mold on the ceiling, obvious water damage throughout, and a strong mildew smell. Never unpacked our stuff and left the hotel and got a refund. This is not the place you want to stay at.
