Sehr nettes Personal, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leckeres, umfangreiches Frühstück. Buffet Abends mit 4 verschiedenen Hauptspeisen - immer sehr gut.
Wellnessbereich mit Bademantel, Saunatüchern, Hausschuhen, Getränken, Snacks - sehr schön.

Preis-Leistung bemerkenswert.
Pros:

Frühstück gut, Personal sehr nett. Fitness und Sauna gut aber für den Preis so auch zu erwarten.

Cons:

Betten sehr mittelmässig, Bettdecke billig und zu kurz. Wenn Abendessen nicht von Anfang an mitgebucht wird, muss man Pizza aufs Zimmer bestellen oder jeden Tag essen gehen. Da Hotel an Standtrand ist => Auto oder Taxi nötig. Skibus gibt es keinen sinnvollen. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 200m vom Hotel entfernt und gleicht einem Acker, für den man eigentlich einen Geländewagen braucht so tief sind die Schlaglöcher. Entsprechend sieht man aus wenn es regnet und man den Wagen noch "kurz" parkt.

Insgesamt ein Hotel wo man einmal hingehen kann aber öfters nicht wirklich muss.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und der Gesamteindruck des Hotels war gut, vor allem wenn man die ganze Wellness-Einrichtungen nutzen möchte.

Cons:

Was mir explizit nicht gefallen hat war, dass die in der Dusche das Wasser nicht richtig abgelaufen ist, der Ablauf stark roch und die Duschbrause nicht zum feststellen war, also immer in einer Hand während des Duschens gehalten werden musste. Selbst ein dreimaliges Ansprechen an der Rezeption hat bis zur Abreise keine Abhilfe gebracht. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es niemanden wirklich interessiert hatte. Des Weiteren musste das Auto, weil zu wenig Gästeparklätze zur Verfügung standen, auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abgestellt werden.

Lovely breakfasts, comfy bed, nice views from room!
Pros:

Amazing breakfast spread, comfy bed, nice location outside of the main town but still walkable to everything.

Cons:

Room felt a little like every other modern hotel room we’ve stay at. More clinical than a pension but that was to be expected. A mini fridge in the hotel room would be ideal as it’s nice to be able to have a snack and a drink on the room.

Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit einem ansprechenden Eingangsbereich, netter Hotelbar und mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück ist super mit einer vielfältigen und sehr großen Auswahl. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Entspannte Atmosphäre weil man auch an den Tisch geführt wird und nicht selber einen Tisch suchen muss.
Es gibt einen großen Skiraum mit beheizten Skistiefelhalterungen für jedes Zimmer nummeriert.
