Breakfast was awful and A/C is not cold enough

One inconvenience during our stay was that the elevator closest to our room was out of service. This meant we had to walk to the opposite end of the building to access the only working elevator, which often resulted in longer wait times. After reaching the lobby level, we then had to walk across to the other side of the property again to access the main entrance for pick-ups and drop-offs. While it wasn’t a major issue, it did add extra time and walking, especially after long days at the volleyball tournament.

Ha cambiado muchísimo, antes me encantaba era muy limpio, las habitaciones estaba bn pero esta vez los aires no servían el agua caliente no había en algunos cuartos pq tuve 3 cambios de habitación. La piscina no estaba limpia, el jacuzzi no servía. Me decepcionó

-limited amount of breakfast options. I got fairly tired of having the same waffle, muffin or cereals as choices. Plus, most of the stuff was either too sweet or plainly unhealthy.
-the room's key card kept getting demagnetized, even though I kept it away from anything that could have caused it.
-the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly before my check-in. When I arrived, I noticed dust that had clearly been overlooked (for example, on top of the fridge), as well as some suspicious stains on the carpet and the couch that looked like they could have been blood or something else. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations for cleanliness.
-the mattress was so worn out that it had a large sag where I slept. It was very uncomfortable, and I had back pain for the entire duration of my vacation.
-old rusty elevator (the only available one!) that it seemed to be begging for retirement.
-the bathroom had a poor doors layout with a visible gap to the room, meaning there was no privacy and one person always had to wait in the hallway while the other used it.
-the pool and its surrounding area could have used a bit more maintenance
-the windows were closed shut for good. I had absolutely no possibility to open them up for fresh air. This bothered me a lot due to my dust allergy.

The WiFi wasn’t working properly the elevator was taking turns on which one to work on which day and also you don’t kno they charge for packages being delivered there until you arrive but the staff was great customer service especially shado

One of the beds had a dip on the middle that made it hard to sleep

No me gustó que los elevadores estaban dañados un día y tuvimos que usar las escaleras, y otros días se dañaba un elevador y al menos funcionaba el otro, pero a veces se saturaba y había que esperar. Espero que ya los hayan podido arreglar.

The lobby couches had holes, there were stains on the lobby carpet, the doors had tape on them, some of the walls looked like they painted over tape. The hole has not been updated in several years. $18 for parking.

Pictures on site where not up to date room smelled and sheets were dirty. Air did not work properly
