Clean, great location and convenience
Pros:

This hotel offers a great combination of quality service, friendly staff, cleanliness, and an excellent location. I chose to stay here due to its proximity to the convention center—it's within easy walking distance for any event, and the I-Trolley service runs every 15 to 20 minutes as a convenient alternative. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

I stayed in room 115 and l had difficulty entering the room FOUR times, the lock battery was dead or it was not working. The front desk personnel were very good in helping me with the door key situation.
The breakfast was not that great, the orange juice and apple juice were water down (has no taste, like just water). Also they didn't have DECAF coffee. Please improve the breakfast menu.
The hotel has some areas that need cleaning it really has a strong old or mold odor.
Other than that it was a good stay.

Pros:

Excellent location, centrally located in the heart of the touristic zone in Orlando.

Cons:

2 out of the 3 elevators were out of order. There was a roach in the room. The AC was not cooling at the selected temperature (never did). "Continental breakfast" was very poor (not even ketchup, mayonnaise or cheese). On the third day I had to ask to remove the trash from my room since they never remove the trash before.

Het was een fijn bed en je kon koffie pakken. De kamers waren ruim opgezet en er was een strijkijzer aanwezig.

Cons:

3 van de 4 liften deden het niet en meerdere keren deed het deurslot met pas niet, heel frustrerend als je een lange dag hebt gehad. Het ontbijt had geen groenten.

Good location but never again staying there.
Pros:

That it was centrally located. You could walk to icon park it was super close. Along with the pirates cove mini golf located right behind the hotel.

Cons:

The parking was always full and for paying so much it was unfair. The facilities need some improvement and more cleanliness. The back door to facility didn’t really lock. You could pull it right open without using your hotel room key. (That felt very unsafe). Our room key kept getting inactivated for some reason so every time we wanted to enter our room we couldn’t so we had to go to the front desk to get it reactivated each time.

It was overall a pleasant stay, in a fantastic location

The staff was friendly, pool was clean and nice and never packed, room was comfortable

Cons:

The elevator was VERY slow. So at 27weeks pregnant i ended up taking the stairs up and down almost every time. Our room got cleaned on our very first night there and we had to go down and ask for towels each time we needed new and the pullout bed was a twin size, pretty much just springs, and when i asked for bedding the staff told me they would ‘try to get some but they were out and Theyd ask someone to look in ‘storage’ which they did find snd bring to us after two requests for blankets/bedding.
