It was decent. The front desk staff left a bad taste in our mouths though.
Pros:

The room was clean and the hotel was clean.

Cons:

The morning front desk staff was very rude. She should not be in customer service. I also think that it was very pricey for a basic room.

Pros:

The location is amazing. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is always good.

Cons:

The door handles are old and need to be replaced on a lot of the rooms. You have to push the door handle up to open it instead of normally opening the door. It's just basic wear and tear stuff that could be updated.

The stay was OK like I said needs some TLC

Front desk personnel upon check-in was wonderful sorry I don’t remember her name

Cons:

I’d stayed about three years ago. The hotel is still nice, but you can tell that it needs some attention. Not a big deal to walk to another floor for ice but just kind of an inconvenience for some.

The people around the hotel were sketchy, I will not be staying there again I did not feel safe going outside by myself
Pros:

Restaurants are close by.

Cons:

It has a dirty smell, the doors and walls were dirty, there is no ice machine on the second floor. The front door of our room didn’t close shut tightly you could see light coming out of our room when we were in the hallway.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and courteous. I liked the location with nearby restaurants and shopping. Breakfast service was very nice.

Cons:

TV in room kept pausing on all channels when I was streaming. Ice machine out of order. Elevator was out of order one morning. Elevator made scary noise so I hesitated to use it. Had to request housekeeping service 24 hours in advance. Not enough outlets in room for electronic devices and chargers.

The stay was excellent and much better than being near Phoenix Raceway hotels.
Pros:

The breakfast was scrumptious and the aroma in the lobby was very pleasant.

Cons:

AC temp was difficult to regulate.

It was a horrible and disgusting experience

Cons:

Front desk staff on arrival was extremely rude. Room, toilet, refrigerator, couch, and chair was dirty. Toilet also had a large crack on the inside of bowl, carpet had food and other things on it.
