The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The property should be torn down. Furniture is beat up, bed was old and lumpy, needs new carpet, paint and new plumbing. Never again !

Good enough but not for $180 a night.
Pros:

Location was good. Close to many shops and restaurants. Felt safe. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Building is in need of revamping. There were batteries on the floor and a drink in the fridge from prior guests maybe? Coffee maker didn’t have a tray to work. So many scuffs and smudges on the wall. For $180 a night, it wasn’t worth it.

It was a good stay, and we will stay there again.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

There was a non functional electrical outlet in the bathroom which was reported to the front desk. The bathtub/shower was very slippery and could be construed as a safety hazard.

Perfect for Spring training, great pool with lots of nearby restaurants and bars - will stay again!
Pros:

Easy check-in, incredibly close to the baseball stadium for Spring training, pool wasn't too crowded and rooms were large. Very close to multiple restaurants and bars for pre/post game activities.

Cons:

Cost was inflated due to Spring training but that isn't unusual, other than that it was perfect for our purposes!

Great Location. Access to rooms were a major issue and caused security and safety issues.
Pros:

Frontline staff was great but they mentioned the issues we had were common place and continually apologized. Great breakfast and amazing breakfast attendant. Location to Spring training is unbeatable.

Cons:

Issues with room access our entire stay. One night we couldn't access the room without maintenance or front desk coming to our room which delayed each visit to our room. The door handle came off at one point. Keys worked for a few hours max, yes there were kept away from CC cards and left in the original envelope. Access to rooms were a major issue and caused security and safety issues. Had management responded to my multiple inquiries and resolved the situations with care and understanding as opposed to dismissing me, my overall rating would have been an 8-9. Also couldn't even access the site to place any inquiry. Sends you in circles.

Perfect Location for spring training baseball but the hotel needs updating.
Pros:

The hotel is basically 'average'. It badly needs updating.

Cons:

General condition of the hotel is 'well used', it needs paint and new furnishings. The entry doors either do not work (no access) or are not secured (key card reader is broken). I stayed at the hotel 2 yrs ago and the same doors do not work.

Pros:

Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Hotel desperately needs renovation. Could not tell if things were clean or just dingy from age. Overpriced for state of the place. Location perfect for going to games

Pros:

The breakfast lady was super! She went the extra mile for patrons. The king bed was very comfortable. The easy walk to Peoria Sports Stadium was great.

Cons:

The rooms need a deep clean.Found odd items in places. Such as when using pull out bed there were so many items. Pool closed for a day without any notice. Exterior hall entrance never worked the whole week we stayed. Staff notified by us and other patrons. One roll only of t.p. in rooms. We reserved for a week. Have to notify staff day before if we want room service. The increase of price because it is Spring Training is to much.
