Soy Local Insignia

Mi esposo y yo nos estuvimos hospedando una semana completa, el lugar es lindo, no es un hotel 5 estrellas pero creo que si tu plan es salir a conocer esta perfecto pues queda cerca de muchos lugares emblemáticos de Cartagena, todo nos queda a pie. La habitaciones pueden ser algo pequeñas pero funcionales. En cuanto al desayuno, ahí si creo que podrían mejorar, ya que el menú diario es huevo, con algunas opciones de galletas, cereal fruta, bastante básico.

Todo perfecto

Buena ubicación, fácil acceso y cerca de todo. Al estar en Getsemaní había mucha vida nocturna alrededor pero el ruido no fue un inconveniente.

La experiencia fue genial!!! el hotel es maravilloso, pero recomiendo entrenar mejor al personal de recepcion y facturación, las tres veces que me he hospedado en el Hotel he tenido dificultades para que la facturación salga de inmediato y como se requiere. En todo caso, todo se resolvió, pero no deberia ser necesario reclamar. Por lo demás es un hotel muy recomendado

A hospedagem é muito melhor do que pelas fotos. Acredito que tenha tido uma reforma! Banheiro e quartos ótimos! Decoração bonita e em uma localização ótima.

Staff very helpful property is close to everything

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing for several reasons:

* **Poor Room Conditions:** The rooms had visible mould and damp, creating an unpleasant and unhealthy environment. Some rooms don’t even have windows, which makes them feel very stuffy and claustrophobic.
* **Basic Utilities Unreliable:** There was no electricity for more than two days, and water was unavailable for long periods. This made the stay very uncomfortable and inconvenient.
* **Noise Levels:** The noise from both inside and outside the hotel continued until 3–4 a.m. every night, making it nearly impossible to get any rest.
* **Hidden Costs:** The hotel charges unexpected fees, such as for replacement room keys, which are only disclosed at checkout. This feels very misleading.
* **Maintenance Issues:** Many fixtures and fittings are poorly maintained — for example, toilet seats were loose and in need of repair.
* **Lack of Privacy & Security:** Street vendors are allowed to come up to the hotel and approach guests to sell items, which felt intrusive and unprofessional.

Overall, the hotel fails to provide even the most basic standards of comfort, safety, and transparency. I would not recommend Soy Local Insignia Hotel to anyone.

Location buona nella zona Getsemanì, la stanza però era davvero troppo piccola e non avere la finestra è sicuramente un fattore che influisce. Colazione OK.

The staff at Soy Local was extremely hospitable and allowed me to check in early for my stay. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a last minute stay!

The hotel was great! It was clean, comfortable, and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. The hotel is also very close to restaurants and shops. Occasionally the music in the street was quite loud, as the hotel is located in a very busy part of Getsemani. If you want to be close to where things are happening at night, this is a great hotel choice.

El personal super lindo y amable, siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestros requerimientos, nos quedamos una noche sin luz en la seccion en la que estabamos pero nos cambiaron de habitacion y resolvieron el problema, a pesar de que el fallo de la luz fue totalmento ajeno a ellos, se comprende que no estaba en sus manos sin embargo dieron una solucion rapida, sin duda volveremos, solo como comentario si les falta mejorar un poquito en el servicio de desayuno, pero de ahi todo estuvo EXCELENTE!

EL PERSONAL ES MUY AMABLE

Ótima localização, dá para chegar na parte histórica caminhando. Café da manhã muito bom, cama e chuveiro excelentes. Ambiente lindo e super agradável!

Great boutique hotel. Very clean and staff are very helpful and nice. The 3 Pools are small but relaxing. I enjoyed them. This is in a great neighborhood full of shops, bars, and restaurants. The downside to that is that it is very loud and you can hear the music and cars honking throughout the night until five in the morning. I had trouble sleeping a few nights because of how loud it was. The construction very early in the morning is also loud. Aside from that my overall stay was excellent.
