Wir kommen gern wieder!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt wirklich super! Das Hotel überzeugt mit tollen Zimmern, absoluter Sauberkeit und einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Besonders das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab sogar Hafermilch für Veganer! Und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Rezeptionist war zwar nicht unfreundlich, allerdings sehr wortkarg. Die Erklärungen – beispielsweise zum Parkplatz – waren leider so stark reduziert, dass wir erst einmal eine Weile suchen mussten. Hier hätten wir uns ein wenig mehr Kommunikation, Interesse und eine präzisere Wegbeschreibung gewünscht.Abgesehen von diesem holprigen Start war aber alles perfekt.

Krásný hotel u Mlýnské kolonády
Pros:

Krásný hotel, čistý a voňavý. Pokoje jsou tématické, bydleli jsme v pokoji s názvem Dubai, nádherné zařízený. Vše bylo čisté a vonělo. V hotelu je výtah. Zarezervovali jsme si parkovací místo za 350,00 Kč na den, skvělé umístění, kousek od hotelu i promenády.

Perfect place for a family weekend trip
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in our spacious and beautiful room, the hotel is small with only a handful of rooms which allows the very friendly staff to be super attentive. Location is great in the center of Karlovy Vary and the breakfast was also very good - we’ll come back! Our parents had their own rooms and were very happy as well, AC worked well which was important in this hot weather.

U liked how big the room was, how comfortable the bed was.

Cons:

It was really hot in the room even tho it was 18°C but other than that everything was great
