Pros:

Krásný hotel na skvělém místě . Precizní úklid, pohodlná postel , výborná snídaně.

Cons:

Nice room and lovely hotel, service and maintenance below 4-star standard
Pros:

Beautiful boutique property, nice comfortable room, great location. Quiet at night (our room was facing the river). The person at reception was efficient.

Cons:

Cleaning isn't thorough (e.g. tea/coffee spoons were visibly dirty, clearly not washed after previous guests), the safe in the room was not working (it was locked with no instructions), chair upholstery was stained, the curtains would not close because the sliding railing was broken. While the breakfast was good overall and some items were freshly prepared (e.g, eggs), some food looked stale as if it were sitting there for days (e.g. fruit). All communication with the hotel is automated via their check in/out portal (they did not respond to my inquiry about storing luggage until the check-in time).
