Breathtaking hotel
Pros:

So we didn’t stay at Sheraton but went to have lunch there. The hotel is just amazing !! One of the best Sheratons o have ever seen and I do travel quite a bit.
The hotel garden is breathtaking.. it looked like south of France .
The staff was very nice . We weren’t staying there but they offered us to try the complimentary coffee ceremony .
Lunch at Jade was excellent too.
I have not seen the room but my sister stayed here a couple of months back and she loved the rooms too.
The hotel location is very nice .. right across from Unity park.

5 Star Service in Addis
Pros:

Very 5-star feel with huge park and fountains and impressive lobby when arriving to the hotel. Service at the hotel is excellent with smiling people everywhere trying to help, even at the restrooms. The hotel has a buffet, a steakhouse, an Italian, an India and an Asian Restaurant, not to mention an outside restaurant next to the pool – I ate in four of them – all serving excellent food (maybe with the exception of the pool where my meal was not hot). Rooms are nice, large and well-equipped. Only negative is that the hotel is a bit worn at the edges when you pay close attention. But overall good recommendations from me.

i ordered ice cream 3 hours ago and then i repeatedly asked for it to one specific waiter and then at the end of the day when i asked why they didnt give me my ice cream he eyed me and ignored me.
