I ordered food and had it delivered to the front desk, calling them 5-10 minutes before it arrived, they said they could have it brought up to my room, and I asked them to give me a call when it was on its way up, so as not to wake my sleeping baby with knocking on the door. After 15 minutes, I called back and despite my having a photo that showed the food had been delivered to their front desk, the clerk dismissed me saying, “I guess someone else got it.” Then when I asked them to at least comp dinner at their restaurant for the mishap, they wrote me $20 off the bill, to cover the lost $50 worth of food they lost.

It was close to everything and the pool was nice.
Overall we weren’t happy with it. Upon check in, the system showed we hadn’t paid when we had weeks ago, the lobby smelled like a public bathroom, and the staff were lukewarm at best. The rooms were decent, but everything else was worn and sad. The breakfast buffet was grossly over priced; it had the exact same things any cheap hotel buffet would have, except we were charged $25 a person. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I slept very well. The room was spotless and exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was also impressed by how well the room was soundproofed—I couldn't hear any noise from outside, making it peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay.
The only small downsides were that there was no ice machine on every floor, which was a little inconvenient, and the staff at the bar were not very friendly.

Sin microondas en la habitacion, hotel 4 estrellas no informan que el desayuno se paga aparte, la pileta entra gente de afuera, presenciamos una pelea incomoda de un huesped con el del bar, nos asustamos, estaba agresivo y no habia nadie de seguridad.
