Desk personnel very friendly and helpful. I had some questions before my stay and Henry in particular was extra friendly and helpful

This location has become more than a hotel. It has become family. My mother and I have recently had two extended stays at this Marriott. Due to a family emergency, we were unsure both times of the length of our stay. Jessica and Michael in the sales office were more than accommodating. We appreciate all of their hard work and hospitality during our stays.
We felt at home as soon as we checked in. We can't remember everyone's name, but Mya and the many others at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful with the little things throughout our stay.
I can't leave out Abu, Joey, Ronda, Tammy, and Lou. Again, this still doesn't cover all of the wonderful employees at this location, but the five mentioned have become like family to us. I am so appreciative for the love and support they provided as we were going through a difficult time. Their attention to the service of others is second to none.
If you stay there soon, please tell them hello from their new friends from Alabama.

Our nonprofit has quarterly retreats at the Marriott Columbus Northwest. We have been returning consistently since 2018 and would not go anywhere else. The service has been unmatched. Any request or concern is immediately addressed. Even more, the relationships we have developed with their team have made our time here feel like a home away from home. Rooms are always pristine and beautiful. Means are fresh and delicious. It is also centrally located off of 270 so you can get anywhere in the city in a matter of minutes. Thankful for this gem and the amazing team who have made us feel so welcome since the very beginning.

Our Non Profit, First Responders Bridge, has hosted retreats at this hotel since 2019. They go out of their way to accommodate us in anything we need to make not only us but all of our attendees feel welcome. They are always soliciting feedback on how they can improve. All of the staff here are professional and friendly and sensitive to the needs of our group. They truly value our business and that reflects in every interaction. I cannot recommend the facility or staff enough.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel no less than a dozen times and we are always blown away by the staff's attention to detail. For example, I was eating an order of cinnamon churros and I joked to the waiter that the only thing that could make them better would be a side of chocolate sauce. I blinked and there was a bowl of melted chocolate! The rooms are nice and always meticulously clean. If you're traveling for business, there is a lounge/restaurant in the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance. For a romantic weekend, nearby Bridge Park in Dublin is a charming walking neighborhood bursting with restaurants and cafes.

I run a nonprofit for first responders dealing with post traumatic stress. We have had 21 “retreats” at the Marriott Northwest Hotel. The staff and accommodations are top notch. They seriously treat us like family. We have had many hotels reach out to us to try to get our business but we aren’t going anywhere. We are extremely happy with our relationship with the Marriott Northwest Hotel and look forward to working with them for years to come. We have referred several other organizations that are now holding their events at the Marriott Northwest Hotel, and will continue to do so.

I am writing this review due to an event that I promoted at the Marriott Columbus Northwest for NYE. This year was the second year that we had this event at the Marriott in Dublin. The location is ideal and very easy to get to. The rooms are very very nice compared to other hotels that I have stayed at. Clean and well kept. I had the pleasure of working with Steve Petrucelli and Jessica Cowger to prepare for this event. They are the BEST. All of the staff that I had interactions with were very polite and made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely suggest this hotel for a event or just for a night stay.

This hotel was perfect for my family's recent visit during the holidays! We stayed in a king suite with an adjoining 2 queen room. It was spotless, spacious with a nice sitting area and 3 showers! Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious and we appreciated our friendly and attentive server, Abu. Likewise, the front desk staff was attentive and always greeted us with "hello" or "welcome back" every time we returned.

Yaya and the entire front desk team with whom I interacted went above and behind to make me feel comfortable and safe. They gave me great advice and suggestions and were so warm and welcoming!

The dining room staff also were extremely friendly and attentive - one gentleman appeared with a box of kleenex when he saw me trying to open my own packet of tissues. Service was efficient and so courteous.

Had a reservation issue and Marla at the Columbus Northwest location was more than helpful!! So kind, efficient and understanding! I appreciate her service!!

Megan, Chad and Marla were fantastic help, the whole staff was amazing, courteous and felt like they genuinely cared about our experience! Looking forward to going back next year

How big their rooms were?

WeI attended the Ohio State Grange Convention and enjoyed the convention atmosphere as well as the Marriott Hotel experience. As soon as we entered we were Welcomed and as we moved our luggage and convention material in we were offered help more than once. The staff make you feel Welcome and as a returning Grange member it is enjoyable to see the seasoned Marriott team members who seem to truly enjoy their positions.
