Cooked breakfast wasnt the greatest lots of stuff running out cups was not clean and cleaners do not hand in all lost property as i left a pair of expensive ear buds in my room after checking out and apparently no one can find them

Gym was great.Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning team were friendly.

The steam room was not steamy at all
The Zest bar was not well advertised, we did not know it existed, until we saw that the hotel bar was not open in the day
Location was great
This shouldn’t be called a spa hotel. It is a hotel with a pool. Steam room didn’t work. Had to step over Barbie dolls and other toys to get to the pool. Had to scoop used plasters out of the pool.
Dinner was over priced for mediocre at best food that you could find in any local pub cheaper.
Rooms were great, aircon during the hotter part of the summer was ideal. Pool was lovely, golf course was decent, gym looked really nice!
