Nice setting
Most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in for many years. Pillows and mattress offered no support. Room was too hot even with rad turned off and the a/c unit was very noisy and pretty useless. This was in a Superior King room so dread to think what others rooms were like

I booked this hotel for Valentine’s Day, as this is the first hotel me and my partner stayed in together. So it was sentimental and I booked the “Deluxe King Room” and paid for this room.
However when we got here, we was given a twin room.. and could not change. This was very disappointing especially it being for valentines. It’s sad as we are returning customers.
Breakfast was great. The room was comfy.
The shower was very weak with not great water flow.
Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Modern enough, good breakfast, speedy check in and friendly check in staff . Used it for business (DriscollS) a few weeks back and was using it this time for convenience re a family trip.

It looked very impressive. Loved the feel of the hotel. A nice friendly atmosphere. Great that swimming pool and gym included in the price.
The room although nice, I think does need a bit of tlc. The bed looked a bit worn on the edging and the bedside tables looked like they had water marks on them.

Staff were extremely polished, Breakfast was very good
The Dinner was very small portions especially for the price. The Steam Room needed deep cleaning and seemed to have some sort of fault as we never once saw new steam come out. The Sauna also could have done with a deep clean, and had no water bucket to increase the heat.
