Marriot needs to do better
Pros:

I liked the size of the rooms and the bed was comfortable for the price

Cons:

My room sink was blocked and all we did wash our hands so that was a nightmare no maintenance was on site so they put me in another room which was outdated the room was hot and could not turn off the heater dial as it was boarded up and then found a lady bird on the bed staff member said it’s just a lady bird… trying to imply it’s not a big deal I’ve never seen a lady bird anywhere on my bed in my life an apology would’ve sufficed but it made me seem like I was being ridiculous or fussy.
The tvs are very old and not all of them are smart as the receptionist said so we couldn’t really watch any Netflix
The pool is pretty standard no deep end and there is no jaccuzi so it was a very boring experience
Getting to the pool itself was a nightmare experience and you have to walk into a shop and once again not many signage to direct you. There are changing room codes that get changed everyday which is not ideal

Also the place is like a maze it took us atleast 5 mins to get to our rooms there are no signage to say reception this way or exit and you can easily get lost
I personally wouldn’t stay here again

It's a lovely hotel but couldn't use the swimming pool because it was too busy!

It's a lovely hotel and the staff were very welcoming!

Cons:

Me and partner particularly booked to stay there for one night to do golf and use the facilities of swimming and gym.
Our golf got cancelled due to alittle bit of rain.
We couldn't go swimming because on the Sunday it was full up with kids and adults splashing around, then later on we tried again and there was a babies swimming class on. We then tried the next morning (monday at 8am) the was a womens class on in the pool and no particular room of us to swim. Tried an hour later, for another babies class.
I was very disappointed that I couldn't used the swimming pool as it was to crowed with people who wasn't even staying at the hotel.

Decent rooms and breafast - staff were pleasant - Showers/bath need updating.
Pros:

Breakfast was good - room was a bit dated (shower was disappointing). My room was good.

Cons:

The room was good but the shower was a step down compared to the rest of the room (specifically shower unit was weak - dated.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel .stayed in the deluxe room was very spacious. Beautiful room clean . Had it's own balcony with out side siting.The break fast was really nice had lots of verity. The staff were friendly made you feel very welcome.

Cons:

The only think I didn't like was the pillow. They were not for me to sofe for me don't like feather pillows

Marriot Tudor Park Country Club was ideally situated for the birthday event we were attending approx 15mins walk away. We also enjoyed being able to use the leisure facilities on Sunday morning due to the helpful 12noon checkout time.

Won’t bother going back

Cons:

I booked a ‘Deluxe King Room’ but was given a room with 2 single beds instead. When I raised this with reception and showed them my booking confirmation, which clearly stated “Deluxe King Room,” I was told they had no king rooms left and that Booking.com had sent them the wrong information.

This explanation doesn’t make sense, I wouldn’t have been able to select and book a Deluxe King Room if it hadn’t been available. When I made the booking, I was given a clear choice between a Deluxe King Room and a Twin Room, so the booking confirmation accurately reflected my choice.

I was disappointed by the lack of honesty and responsibility from the hotel staff. Mistakes can happen, but transparency and a sincere effort to resolve the issue would have made a big difference.
