At £16 per day the breakfast was very expensive. I couldn’t eat £16 worth of food!

I expected more facilities eg room bar fridge, less chlorine in the pool, free coffee and tea in reception.
Staff were all excellent. Room service was quick and good quality foods.
No fridge in room and is started everywhere that the hotel offers 24 hour room service but on the app we were told it wasn't available after 11pm???

Stunning venue, clean and all staff welcoming and friendly.
Our TV wasn’t working. Had maintenance issues and couldn’t connect to the WIFI, so we couldn’t even mirror/ stream from our phones to the TV.

The location is ideal if you are planning to use the Shuttle to France. It is airy and bright and clean.

Lovely quiet old school venue!
My room was in a sub level and there was an odour, damp, like the room hadn’t been used for a while. Bathroom dated - the shower in the bath is a bit yesterday - bath needs to go and be replaced by high pressure large head walk in shower.
Good location, comfortable room, nice bars/restaurants.

Ridiculous deposit of £350 on card for buggy. Never come across this in any other venue in UK. Buggies poor standard also for such a high security
