Television didn’t work, needs updated, air conditioning in room old and noisy unit.
Gute, ruhige Lage, kostenfreier Parkplatz.
Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage.
Die Zimmertüren sind so konstruiert, dass sie recht leise ins Schloss fallen.
Sehr gutes Angebot zum Frühstück, auch Wurst und Käse sind dabei.
Das Personal ist freundlich.
Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge genutzt, Golf haben wir nicht gespielt.
Bei einer Zimmerreinigung wurde vergessen den Müll in Stube und Bad zu leeren.

We asked for a baby cot and they only brought the cot. No mattress for it or cot sheets (we had to go and ask for them at the reception and they gave us double adult bed sheets..). The breakfast wasn’t very good also

The location is perfect - easy to get to and a great hub to base ourselves at for the various North Kent meetings we needed to get to. Staff were accommodating and the breakfast offer was good.
We were a little disappointed with the pool facilities - no jacuzzi and the steam room wasn't working properly.
The staff were lovely, particularly the lady on reception (I didn't take her name) who was so helpful when my husband got stuck in the lift
The aircon wasn't great and the room was a bit stuffy
I come her quiet a lot but this stay was not very pleasant. It made me feel like I won’t go back
The bathroom sink was blocked and I was not allowed In my room till 330 and because the room I booked was not clean they put me in other the air con sound like a train all night. Went to get some clean cup and they said they didn’t have any went to the bar to get a drink to take back to room and the declined and said no

Me and my partner felt like we was out off place due to the fact that we wasn’t a member off the hotel and we left the hotel a day earlier then expected as I didn’t get the room I paid for and they tried charging us for an extra for breakfast that I didn’t ask for and tried charging me extra for room service even though this was already paid and every time we brought something we got charged extra for vat
