Nice breakfast. Very nice restaurant staff at breakfast, very nice housekeeping staff and the pool is really warm and lovely.
The room is a bit dark, I had a lot of writing to do and it wasn't the easiest.. I didn't lime being asked if I 'wanted' my change from £40 for a £32 bill in the restaurant.

It’s my second stay here and it’s such a beautiful building and location
No aircon in the rooms, and the room was overly hot. Also the steam room in the leisure facility (fab facilities) but it smelt Fausty, it would’ve nice if you used essential oils. We ate tea in the iron cast restaurant, we felt that portion sizes were incredibly slow and the waitress weren’t as attentive as they possibly could of been, but breakfast was fantastic and staff were on the ball
Location was great, not too far from the town.
The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. The black out curtains provided so much peace and tranquility that I slept in longer than I have before.
The temperature of the shower. I had it on the hottest setting and it was luke warm.
