Overall we enjoyed our stay but there is plenty of room for improvement
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. However the hotel rooms are a bit tired and need updating. The same with the bathrooms which really need updating. The buffet breakfast was very good but we tried snacks in the bar one evening and they were poor.
The air conditioning was awful especially in the main bar area. It felt very muggy and was uncomfortable to sit in. The was no atmosphere in the bar area and the music was so quiet you could hardly hear it.

Cons:

As above. Plus there was no fridge in the room, the bed was not comfortable and the plug sockets next to the bed were not uk sockets. We had to borrow an extension lead from the reception for my husbands sleep apnoea machine which was a trip hazard when getting up in the night

Pros:

The staff were very helpful & polite, hotel was clean

Cons:

I received wrong information about breakfast. I was told by reception that breakfast was between 7am & 11am but on second morning went for breakfast & was told restaurant shuts at 10am, wasn't happy at all

On the whole very nice location very nice hotel
Pros:

1st breakfast on Saturday was very good, Sunday breakfast was not good. No cups bacon very hard sausages on the burnt side
