Pros:

Front desk was very unhelpful. We asked for an additional blanket several times and it was never delivered. Front desk acted annoyed that we had a couple items to purchase from the snack store up front.

Pros:

I was booked into a room that had not been made up. And when I came back to the room I was missing some personal items. I did get some of it back but not all of it. I stayed with Marie a lot it’s never happened before so I didn’t mind. Front desk was very nice about it

This is a nice clean hotel, up to the standards that one would expect from Marriott. It was very conveniently located to U of U hospital which I needed. It was a nice reprieve and a peaceful place to decompress after being in the hospital with family. My only issue is that the toilet in 412 ran all the time.

They charge you for parking which is the first time I've ever ran into at a hotels and I've been to this one a couple times which I find very insulting the restaurant food was very poor and very expensive and the biggest thing the hotel beds are absolutely old lumpy and horrible so don't plan on sleeping at all while you're there

Property was great and close to the hospitals and campus. Room and view were amazing. If that is what you want then it is great. However, $20 for a "buffet" that is a free continental breakfast at most 2 star motels and is one of the most horrible hotel breakfasts i have had. Stay here for a good stay but go anywhere else for food.

The property overall was pretty nice but the paid parking was not expected or appreciated. An extra $16 to park at a property we already paid to stay at is unreasonable. The front desk staff were nice, room was clean, but the shower head was terrible. The restaurant was nice but extremely overpriced for the quality and what you get. 6 hot wings for $19 is ridiculous no matter how many vegetables you put on the plate.

Nice hotel and location
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel in a great location by the hospital if you have business there. Our room had a couple of issues and the front desk were very quick to make corrections and get us in a different room, we were very happy with the service.
