The gym and pool are the key attraction for me
No air conditioning in the room
Hotel is tired and needs redecorating throughout

Bit dated , food wasn't great . No air-conditioning in suite room considering what we paid . Bed was a bit hard .
Second time staying in 4 months, both times we were woken up by constant creaking floors and loud slamming doors all night and load cleaners in the morning
The hotel being out in the countryside.
No AC and the room only had a small fan. The beds were so uncomfortable that we both struggled to sleep.
We have stayed here many times. It is a wonderful, quiet, and peaceful place with cozy rooms and a great location. The staff are always very friendly. Special thanks to Sofia! 🌞
Unfortunately was not first choice but the area was busy so only available hotel! However was close to my family so was fine!
Girl on duty was very helpful but wish could say the same for the male receptionists, really can't be bothered attitude.
The room was nice compared to the Solent hotel however very stuffy no AC in rooms no fans and it was a heatwave! Just no air flow in rooms plus the fridge in room was useless and even though was new did not work and really could not get the staff to attend to it.

Breakfast was very good indeed with all tastes catered for.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable and fully equipped with hairdryer, iron and welcome literature. This was our second visit and we shall stay again.
Revolving front door was very very stiff and women and elderly needed help to push it to gain access.
