Pleasant stay - could have been better
Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable rooms - 2 double beds

Cons:

Poor ventilation in room - luckily a fan was provided and was necessary . We stayed 2 nights - room not made up after the first night . Tea and coffee not replaced . Staff generally not very professional

Will not recommend this to anyone.
Pros:

The steam, sauna pool side was great

Cons:

This hotel does not deserve even 2 star. There was No air conditioner in the room. Temperature was above 30 degrees when we checked in.
No fridge in the room
No much variety for vegetarians and vegans. Poor service in restaurant, they are short of staff.
Generally staff are not warm and inviting.

Disappointed with the stay
Pros:

The lawn was well maintained.

Cons:

The room was dusty, smelly, minimal ventialtion during summer time.
Breakfast hour was madness, short staffed, food shortage, mugs/glasses were not there etc. We had to wait for more than 10 to 15mins.
There is no.lift to 6th floor and stairs are broken, smelly etc.

Pros:

Pie and mash was lovely and so was the lamb.

Cons:

Some of the staff just disappeared so you had to go looking for one to help.
Had a power cut, but no contingency plan seemed to be in place. Vague about when it was going to be resolved. Managed to get a bag of crisps and a bottle of water.
More comfy seats would be good!

Overall, the stay was disappointing
Pros:

The room was not very clean upon our arrival, and despite staying for three nights, housekeeping did not service the room at all. When we requested cleaning, we were informed that, according to their policy, rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. This was disappointing.

The breakfast offering was very limited, with few options available and overall poor quality.

As for dinner, we initially planned to dine at the hotel on our first night; however, the menu was extremely limited. As a result, we had to drive approximately 20 minutes to the nearest Nando’s to find a suitable meal.

Cons:

We were required to pay an additional fee to use the swimming pool, which was not expected.
The staff communication was poor and not very helpful.
The breakfast was of very low quality with very limited options.
The location is quite isolated, with very few facilities or attractions nearby.

Staff were very friendly and they were doing everything they can to serve and help everyone.
Pros:

Great location and beautiful landscape

Cons:

Breakfast was limited, only English breakfast was served two days in a row. They have limited staff too.
We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant but we were told that they only serve buffet, which wasn’t included in our stay so we paid extra, which is fine but we didn’t have any choice as there is nothing else around.
Would have been great if they just told us when we checked in so we can plan our dinner accordingly.

Staff were very friendly and they were doing everything they can to serve and help everyone.

Cons:

Room exceptionally hot as I stayed in a 32 degree heat wave. Fan helped. No air conditioning! No fridge! No ice machine! Window only opened a crack as locked almost shut.
