It’s got great facilities and the place was immaculate throughout.

Attitude Bar Manager / Told couldn't oder food because the Chief is busy / didn't have the only drink I drink, stayed at this Hotel 7weeks now and have spent a very large amount of money.
I request a Full Refund for my Stay last week.
The girl on reception was amazing and very helpful
The bathroom was very dirty and smelt stale
Lovely quiet location and reception staff were very welcoming. Excellent location for work.
And the bed was very comfortable.
The bedroom needed cleaning especially around the edges. A lot of dust along the skirting boards
The breakfast only tried on the last day - not enough staff - they were trying to keep up with replenishing dishes, but breakfast room busy - but people waiting for different food - some people taking too much as they knew there wasn’t enough ? Being greedy - left us without certain things on the breakfast plate ?
Staff were lovely even though they were under pressure - so no reflection on them.

And we were there for 3 days - no one replenished anything like tea coffee, or emptied the bins. When asked reception they said rooms were only checked/ cleaned once a week.

Great breakfast! Helpful friendly staff. Lovely well-appointed clean rooms and very comfortable beds.
This was our third stay at this hotel and nothing springs to mind that could be improved. Great place to stay!
Staff are great, especially Kamal and Sophia, they are so helpful will do anything for you, always smiling and have a chat, hope this gets back to management as they deserve a raise or bonus for how good they are, excellent customer service
