Average at best. I’d booked a small room with no window so I wasn’t expecting much however it was very shabby for a golf and spa resort. Mismatching furniture, wires hanging from tv and very old fashioned. Poor quality duvet and pillows. The bathroom was freezing as no radiator in there. Staff were polite but not very welcoming and didn’t smile once. There was no hot breakfast to help yourself so you had to order but wasn’t given a menu or any options. Asked for 2 pouched eggs on toast which wasn’t possible as ‘they didn’t have the equipment to cook them’. Asked for scrambled eggs which came out with no toast even though I asked the waiter if I needed to get my own to which he said no.

The gym shop customer care. My hubby bought kids swimming goggles coz he didn’t know I had carried some with us when we went to the shop to return they refused and we had not opened it, it was has it was bought and we had receipts.
