First room we tried had many hairs on both beds. Second room they gave us instead had hairs still. Third room we tried smelled like every single body fluid possible that had been stewing for months (most have been a gas/sewer leak), by the fourth room we just decided to get our refund. As we were in the parking lot requesting a refund from the amazing staff person at Booking.com (wish I knew his name) the hotel front desk person came outside demanding that we make his beds back up (ones with the hairs, that needed to be refitted by staff). Although he was nice at first, at the end of everything he flipped his switch.

One of the lights wasn’t working, couple small holes in the walls, and the blankets stank a little bit. The bed was a bit stiff but not too bad.

Tv Remote didn't work, but they did give us new batteries for it.
Phone in room didn't work, no dial tone (for entire stay)
Ceiling fan over table in dining area for breakfast has very thick dust buildup hanging over blades.
Milk was outdated and smelled that it was turning bad. They did provide fresher milk after we pointed it out.

The rooms were outdated, carpet is not very clean, the hallway smelled very strongly of Marijuana. There was a hole in the wall in one of the rooms we rented. The mini fridge had rust all over the front of the door. The beds are too small, but not bad as far as comfort. You can't open the window any further than a half inch on the first floor. Caught my ankle on a part of the bed at the bottom when getting out of bed in the morning. Tvs very small too.

I booked a 2 single bed room for 4 people an 2 was made to leave or I pay extra or we all check out so my friend an her dude left !

The bed was not comfortable or clean, we actually ended up not staying, I pulled the blanket back and noticed what looked like dried food on the inside of the blanket and checked out

The rooms could use some work and some updating such as new paint, furniture that has chips being repaired or replaced, stickers/tape being completely removed from refrigerators, etc. I was traveling with 2 service dogs and during check in there was some minor discussions about paperwork to prove that they are service dogs or a tag or anything. I tried to explain to them that there is no service dog registry and there is no paperwork that has to be provided beyond their vaccination papers (which I always carry no matter where we are). The woman at the front desk proceeded to say that she would have to speak with her manager about it and she would get back with me. This is 2 years in a row that I've had that same issue with the same person. There is an older man that was there my first year and he had no issues at all so I'm not sure if he was the manager or not but I feel like they should make themselves more aware on the ADA laws and regulations regarding service animals. All of that being said our stay was overall very good and I look forward to staying there again next year!!
