Pros:

The shower was amazing

Cons:

No housekeeping during the stay. Had to ask for towels every day. No fresh bedding. Our stay was 5 days... I would've expected at least one room cleaning. They only gave us 1 towel.... so we had to request more right away

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The tv is small and have to turn it way up to hear it. The pool was closed cause it wasn’t treated. There was hairs on the wall from previous people. Carpet was dirty and out dated. Window screen was tore up and rod to close curtain was laying on the window ledge.

The room was low cost and clean, I would be more alert if I returned and would ask for a lower floor
Pros:

I didn't eat the breakfast. I liked the location close to several restaurants. The owner (I assume he was the owner or manager) took time to explain all the different restaurant choices.

Cons:

No elevator and it was hard for me to climb because I need a knee replacement. I didn't ask for a lower floor because I was too tired to switch rooms. The fan light in the bathroom blinked on and off during use (probably just needs the lightbulb tightened in the light). The chain lock on my door had been ripped out of the wall. I didn't notice it until I was ready to go to bed and was too tired to switch rooms so just put a chair up in front of the door. The deadbolt did work.

Good value stay
Pros:

Great shower, friendly staff, there's a pool which we weren't expecting... wish we brought our suits, mattresses were covered, room was clean and the fridge had an small freezer compartment that actually froze items we put in there.

Cons:

Facility could use a refresh, seems rundown on the exterior, side door didn't lock and mattresses could be more comfortable.

Spend a little more elsewhere for a quality stay.
Pros:

Location was nice, building was nice

Cons:

First room we tried had many hairs on both beds. Second room they gave us instead had hairs still. Third room we tried smelled like every single body fluid possible that had been stewing for months (most have been a gas/sewer leak), by the fourth room we just decided to get our refund. As we were in the parking lot requesting a refund from the amazing staff person at Booking.com (wish I knew his name) the hotel front desk person came outside demanding that we make his beds back up (ones with the hairs, that needed to be refitted by staff). Although he was nice at first, at the end of everything he flipped his switch.

It was decent for the price.
Pros:

It was a decent hotel for the price.

Cons:

One of the lights wasn’t working, couple small holes in the walls, and the blankets stank a little bit. The bed was a bit stiff but not too bad.

Tv Remote didn't work, but they did give us new batteries for it.
Phone in room didn't work, no dial tone (for entire stay)
Ceiling fan over table in dining area for breakfast has very thick dust buildup hanging over blades.
Milk was outdated and smelled that it was turning bad. They did provide fresher milk after we pointed it out.

We liked the location.

Cons:

The rooms were outdated, carpet is not very clean, the hallway smelled very strongly of Marijuana. There was a hole in the wall in one of the rooms we rented. The mini fridge had rust all over the front of the door. The beds are too small, but not bad as far as comfort. You can't open the window any further than a half inch on the first floor. Caught my ankle on a part of the bed at the bottom when getting out of bed in the morning. Tvs very small too.

Pros:

I like how hot the water got when showering an that they had a pool

Cons:

I booked a 2 single bed room for 4 people an 2 was made to leave or I pay extra or we all check out so my friend an her dude left !

The price, location and staff were great

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable or clean, we actually ended up not staying, I pulled the blanket back and noticed what looked like dried food on the inside of the blanket and checked out
