Not Happy Smells Bad

I did not stay my employees did so what I am saying from their imput.

Cons:

My employees complained that their rooms and the hotel smelled very bad and was not clean. They needed to stay another night and insisted that I get them rooms at another hotel. I did call the hotel and tell them. One interesting thought , I was told that $ 250.00 was going to be charged and refunded in case of damages. We stay in many hotels very few do that, of the few that do this was by far the most expensive, for a room that smelled bad and did not appear clean. Makes me wonder, what I do not know. We do stay in many Best Western Hotels, though they had a very bad reputation in the past we have found that in the recent years they have become very good, with this becoming a exception.

Pros:

Hôtel facile à trouver, pas loin de la vieille ville, entouré de restaurants.
Chambre propre. Petit déjeuner très correct, compris : les enfants ont adoré les gaufres.

Cons:

pas d’eau chaude dans notre chambre, et mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs.
Piscine non fonctionnelle.

Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The fact I was locked out of my room several times and when I had to go back and forth to the office and the lady kept giving me different keys to see if they fit.which come to find it its the door itself.but having no elevator at this hotel, you have to use steps and back and forth was hard on me and the lady yelled at me cause I was in tears. It wasn't my fault their door on my room was messed up.

I wouldn’t hesitate a moment about staying here again
Pros:

Clean renovated property displaying attention to detail ! Every staff member encountered showing a keen interest in customer service !

Cons:

This facility does not have an elevator which could impact some visitors. The stairs are very wide making use rather easy !

Awful, never use booking.com or stay at this hotel
Pros:

There was nothing I liked about the property. The guy at the front desk barely spoke any english. The supervisor or manager was not helpful or good at de-escalation. It was just an awful experience.

Cons:

I paid for a hotel before my visit because I knew I was going to be out of town. My hotel was already paid for and I didn’t arrive till almost 11pm. I was denied my room because the guy at the front desk said it will be an additional 150$. I expressed I already paid for this hotel prior. If an additional cost of 150$ is needed, that should be included in the overall cost of the room. Needless to say, I had to sleep in my car for the night. Awful experience.

The room was great. The breakfast was great. The price wasn’t for a night and there wasn’t any pool
Pros:

The morning shift was great lady & male, the night ppl wasn’t too nice, when I wasn’t happy paying $400/nt without a pool, he said that I had to talk with the booking agency while it’s showing that the pool was open. I have my grandkids for the weekend and all they want to do was go swimming and on the booking site I have pictures of a pool open, but when I got there, the pool was in repair and the night shift was very nonchalant about answering any questions and was quick to cancel the reservation, but I was already there so I stayed the morning shift was great the manager lady and another guy that was there.

The price for a night with no pool and a night shift workers very nonchalant about answering my questions
