Worst hotel ever.

It was cheaper

Cons:

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I requested a room with 2 beds and was given a sofa pull out bed, and when we inquired about sheets and pillows, they said they had none. Then proceeded to give us just one flat sheet to put on the bed, nothing for my children to cover up with. There was no amenities in the kitchen to use other than the refrigerator. The floors look like they hadn't been clean since it was built. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This shouldn't even be part of the extended stay america line. The room when you turned the air conditioner on smelled like marijuana.

Greater flexibility and discretion
Pros:

Be more flexible with the checkout time for guests arriving on late flights. In my case, I arrived at 2:00 AM, so I got very little rest—yet I still paid the equivalent of a full day's stay.
