朝食がすばらしかったです。部屋の内装も長崎チャイナタウンテイストで素敵でした。wifiも速かったです。

Pros:

Really good location next to china town. Staff were above and beyond, helped me write a note to find my lost phone at 11pm even though I couldn't speak any Japanese. Really above and beyond exceptional service. Also room was lovely too

・チェックイン前およびアウト後も荷物を預かってくれたこと
・ルームに本格的コーヒーを飲めるサービスがあること
・朝食が充実していること
・ホテルの立地が良く、便利
・電停から近いこと

Cons:

・お風呂とトイレが一緒のところ
・大浴場がないこと
・JAL関係のホテルなので、宿泊料金をeジャルポイントで支払いたかったが、できなかった。
