Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

駐車場の料金がかかることが事前にわからなかった。電話で問い合わせた時にも料金の事は何も言われなかったので、利用して初めて料金がかかると知って残念だった。

イベント会場にも近く、楽しく快適に過ごせました。

JALシティの中で、長崎が一番ひどい。
Pros:

清潔感があり、一定のサービスは保っていたと思います。

スタッフの笑顔が少ない。事務的な対応。
サインさえすれば、鍵と朝食の券を渡すのみ。
駐車場も割引券を渡されたが、駐車場代がいくらかかるのかも事前に案内がなかった。
さらにエレベーターの場所すら案内がない。
出入りの度に、いってらっしゃいませ、おかえりなさいませ…とアイコンタクトもせずに事務的に声をかけていた。
朝食のご飯が冷えていて、カピカピになって硬い箇所もあった。
全体的に、冷めていて美味しくない。
揚げ物、グラタン、麻婆豆腐、煮物が冷めていた。
中華のお店がホテル内にあるのに、こんな美味しくない麻婆豆腐を提供しているのかと思うと、ガッカリしてしまう。
スタッフの方から、お口に合いましたか？と尋ねられましたが、何も言えませんでした。

Pros:

ランタンフェスティバルの会場近く移動に便利でした。部屋は清潔で広さも充分です。水とコーヒーマシーンが使えたので嬉しかった。波佐見焼のマグカップが可愛かったです。
朝食に中華粥や皿うどんを食べました。トルコライスもあり、ご当地グルメが一通り堪能できます。味はまあまあ。鯵の干物がとても美味しかったです。
稲佐山観光のバスがホテル前に停まるので便利でした。

Cons:

2泊しました。朝食は2会場に分かれており、初日は宴会場だったためちょっと味気ない感じ。宿泊客が多いためとの事でした。
2日目はお願いしてメインのレストランに入りました。レストランの方が高級な雰囲気で気分が良かったです。また、土日はラウンジでウェルカムドリンクがあると調べていましたが、ランタン期間は無かったのがとても残念でした。
