次もここで決まりです。大変ありがとうございました。
Pros:

とにかくロケーションが最高に良いです。
周りの飲食店が全部素晴らしく、徒歩圏内のどこに立ち寄っても大満足でした。
周囲への移動環境も利便性が高く、楽に観光が楽しめます。

Cons:

低層階だと景色が良くない。
そこだけは少し残念でした。
ただ、町中であることを考慮すると致し方ないと割り切れる部分ではあります。

Excelent value for money
Pros:

Excellent location and luxurious property, highly recommend
Pros:

Very clean and elegant hotel. Right in Chinatown and easily accessible from the station by trolley. Excellent breakfast and a very luxurious stay. Staff were very accommodating.

Pros:

The room was large as far as Japanese rooms go. I was travelling alone so had plenty of space for everything. The hotel was located in China Town which means nice and close to restaurants and souvenier stores. Konbini, tram, and bus terminal were nearby making my trip from the Airport and to the station when leaving was easy.

Cons:

There was no laundry which was annoying as I was almost 2 weeks into my trip and needed to wash my clothing. It seems there used to be on but the sign was covered with tape.

もう行かないかな。
Pros:

中華街がとにかく近かった事かな。

Cons:

バスルームやベッドの上に毛髪の付着が多い。バスルームのワイヤー掛けが天地逆で使えない。トイレの床の傾斜がきつく、一緒にエレベーターに乗り合わせた年配の方が転倒したとの事。
