JALシティの中で、長崎が一番ひどい。
Pros:

清潔感があり、一定のサービスは保っていたと思います。

スタッフの笑顔が少ない。事務的な対応。
サインさえすれば、鍵と朝食の券を渡すのみ。
駐車場も割引券を渡されたが、駐車場代がいくらかかるのかも事前に案内がなかった。
さらにエレベーターの場所すら案内がない。
出入りの度に、いってらっしゃいませ、おかえりなさいませ…とアイコンタクトもせずに事務的に声をかけていた。
朝食のご飯が冷えていて、カピカピになって硬い箇所もあった。
全体的に、冷めていて美味しくない。
揚げ物、グラタン、麻婆豆腐、煮物が冷めていた。
中華のお店がホテル内にあるのに、こんな美味しくない麻婆豆腐を提供しているのかと思うと、ガッカリしてしまう。
スタッフの方から、お口に合いましたか？と尋ねられましたが、何も言えませんでした。

浜ノ町に近くランタンフェスティバルや食事の場所に困らない。稲佐山観光バス停がある。

Pros:

ランタンフェスティバルの会場近く移動に便利でした。部屋は清潔で広さも充分です。水とコーヒーマシーンが使えたので嬉しかった。波佐見焼のマグカップが可愛かったです。
朝食に中華粥や皿うどんを食べました。トルコライスもあり、ご当地グルメが一通り堪能できます。味はまあまあ。鯵の干物がとても美味しかったです。
稲佐山観光のバスがホテル前に停まるので便利でした。

Cons:

2泊しました。朝食は2会場に分かれており、初日は宴会場だったためちょっと味気ない感じ。宿泊客が多いためとの事でした。
2日目はお願いしてメインのレストランに入りました。レストランの方が高級な雰囲気で気分が良かったです。また、土日はラウンジでウェルカムドリンクがあると調べていましたが、ランタン期間は無かったのがとても残念でした。

Pros:

お値段がお手頃だったにも関わらず、施設はとても綺麗で、お部屋も快適でした。この価格帯のホテルで部屋にネスプレッソがあるのは嬉しい！アメニティも一通り揃っていて不便はなかったです。

Cons:

たまたまかもしれませんが、チェックインのときのスタッフの方は、私と同じ時間に到着した修学旅行生の団体に完全に気を取られていて、笑顔もなく、気もそぞろな説明でした。他の部屋には朝新聞が届いていましたが、私は希望紙を聞かれることなく、連泊でしたが部屋にも一切届きませんでした。他のスタッフの方の対応は普通でしたので、たまたまかもしれませんがあまりいい気持ちはしなかったです。
