BAthroom is excellent, facilities are good, the pool was good, the staff are great, it's a quieter hotel which is great for two adults going on vacation.

Pros:

Loved everything from your reservations staff, the room, cleanliness, housekeeping staff - all wonderful. The Concierge staff were brilliant also and we just loved being able to get a bag and towel and chair for the beach. That extra touch was really appreciated.
Pool staff were mostly fantastic except for one guy who seemed a bit overworked!
This was our second visit to Halepuna and we will definitely visit again.

Cons:

A little annoying that two of the washing machines were out of order as this made clothes washing a little difficult, but otherwise nothing.

Exactly what is says you’ll get. We can’t wait to be back!
Pros:

The long pillows were super comfortable! The property was in an amazing location in the heart of it all, but very quiet. They had thoughtful activities each day, like ice cream in the lobby in a Friday. The rooms were really clean and there were lovely touches like reusable water bottles and filling stations to reduce plastic bottles of water. Also love having beach towels in a bag available each day. The pool staff and set up was perfect.

Cons:

Nothing. We can’t wait to return! Perhaps having vanity kits and dressing gowns in each room rather having to ask for these, but staff were super responsive.

部屋に置いてある水筒が便利だった
観光したり散策したり何をするにも利便性の高い場所にあって良かった
金曜の夜にはヒルトンの花火が部屋から見られて最高だった！
ルームキーを見せるとホノルル美術館とビショップミュージアムが無料で入れてお得だった
