Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
We loved the location close to the beach, shopping and many restaurants. The bakery was great for breakfast.

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything i didn't like.

思い切って、少し高いオーシャンビューの部屋にしたのですが正解でした！部屋に入った途端、太陽の光を受けてきらめく海が目の前にバーっと現れて、とてもテンションが上がりました。
部屋の広さもちょうどよいし、トイレにはウォシュレットもあり、全体的に清潔感にあふれていました。ハレクラニやヒルトンなど、ほかのリゾートホテルにも近いので、結婚式やその参列の際に泊まるにはぴったりだと思います。

Cons:

強いて言えば、シャワーの水圧が弱めなことでしょうか。でもだいたい外国のホテルはそうかなと思うので許容範囲です。
あとは、動物園のほうとか、賑わってるエリアまでは少し歩きます。

Spent a week there and would go back.
Pros:

Beautiful building and excellent service. Staff went above and beyond to get me room with a view that I was happy with. Quiet convient location in Waikiki. Near lots of great eating places. Halekulani Bakery is in its building and is amazing. Free entry to Bishop Museum and Honolulu Art Museum which are worth visits.

Cons:

The property is not right on the beach although it is a very short distance through Halekulani, its more expensive sister hotel. Get an ocean view although more expensive. It is difficult to get a nice view unimpeded by other buildings in Waikiki.

Pros:

Very very clean hotel. The staff’s hospitality was amazing and very accommodating to all of our needs. Location was also on point. Shopping, great food, and beaches were nearby of a walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be booking here when we come back to waikiki.

Cons:

Daily parking is a little steep but that’s every hotel in HI.
