Halekulani is a wonderful hotel & I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

It was off the main, noisy road, so sleeping was nice and quiet. Lobby was beautiful, the Halekulani bakery next door was amazing. Staff is very kind and friendly!

Cons:

You need to walk outside a bit to get from the parking garage to the hotel lobby, it doesn’t connect. Rooms are a little small.

Comfortable and clean in a great location. Sea view and balcony is a must have!
Pros:

The location was superb and the sea view was amazing. Loved the Japanese toilet and comfortable beds. Pool was a little cold but jacuzzi was hot!

Cons:

It would have been great to have a bar area with seats to have a drink. The garden area could be converted into a bar and restaurant/cafe area quite easily and some undercover area would be useful as it rained for much of our stay!

Pros:

インテリアがオシャレでお部屋が新しく清潔キレイでした。トイレが温水暖房便座が付いていてよかった。

Cons:

宿泊中、ホテルからショートメールが届いたが、フロントで確認するまで、誰から送られたものかわかりませんでした。booking.comを通してメールをくだされば安心だった気がします。

Great choice for a comfortable stay with family
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel and in a great location if you'd like to be in the main city area. Walkable to beaches, restaurants and bars and shops. Great pool and hot tub area with friendly and attentive staff.

Cons:

Rooms are slightly on the smaller side. An on site bar would be great.
The only restaurant on site is a high end dining with a limited menu so not very family friendly.

Pros:

Right at central of Waikiki, closed to the beach, we could enjoy lying next to swimming pool and the beaches! Everything was perfect, easy to catching buses to anywhere you like, buses were so fast and we did not wait long for them! We had very good time at Halepuna Waikiki! Thanks for the hotel

Mostly a great stay, but do better front desk staff
Pros:

Had an unfortunate experience with the front desk trying to deny me my full American Express Hotel collection breakfast benefits, which left a very bad taste in my mouth, pun intended. Other than that, I had a lovely stay but again - very unsettling trying to deny a guest their benefits.
