Easy check in, staff very friendly, room good size, bed comfortable, nice view. Location is fantastic, 2 minute walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Resort offers free beach towels in tote bag. And the pool and hot tub were enjoyable and the name host there was very attentive.
One of our six day stay housekeeping came in to clean however only took dirty towels, replenished and threw out garbage, however did not make bed and bed was clear, nothing on it. On another day, room was completely picked up however dirty used blue latex glove was left behind next to bed. We left it there and the next day when room was picked up, it was gone when we returned back to room.

We didn’t receive basic amenities such as lotions in bathroom or makeup removal wipes.
While not directly on the beach or the main avenue (which works in its favor) it is in close proximity to everything Waikiki but tucked in a quite street for a peaceful quite night's sleep without being kept awake by external noises
The location is wonderful—a block away from the beach and the iconic pink hotel. Also very walkable distance to the International Market. Perfect location.

The pool is too small for all the guest. Very crowded without gardens and a good view.
The yoga class was a show off by the teacher who did not consider levels, and was teaching the class in Spanish and English when Japanese guest were barely understanding.
The Halepuna is in a fantastic location, convenient to multiple restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Everything is a short walk away, and for coffee or drinks, about a 2 min walk.

We liked the friendly & helpful staff, the convenient location to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We had a room with a gorgeous view of the beach & ocean. The pool area was small but relaxing overlooking the ocean. The bakery was amazing!

It would have been nice to have a casual restaurant on site. The was one but upscale & pricey.
Very comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Waikiki. The restaurant UMI by Vikram Garg has some amazing food and is worth a try.
Location is great, right across street from Halekulani and beach entrance. Rooms were on the smaller side but sufficient. Bed comfortable and tidy. Clean room and bathroom. Appreciate the larger bathtub for showers. One downside is the pool area, while nice and comfortable, is on the side of the building on 8th floor so in mid-afternoon the pool becomes full shade. This hotel Compared to Halekulani- no comparison in amenities provided but that reflects in the price. Has similar akey annd light modern anesthetic. Overall this is a quieter and more elevated stay compared to some of the other noisier resorts nearby such as Outrigger, Sheraton, Royal Hawaiian and Marriott.
