It smelled of mildew didn't stay in the thing one night but got charged for both night reached out them to get money back and the tell me to reach out to Booking. I do that and Booking says they called them but nobody to return money . Been dealing with since last weekend and still haven't gotten my money back.
The property looks a bit run down and could really use some renovations. There was a funky smell in the room, which was a bit off-putting. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, which made the night’s stay manageable.
Breakfast was just okay, but it would be nice to see more variety offered. Customer service was decent, nothing exceptional.
Overall, I guess I was expecting more from the Comfort Suites chain, but at least the price was affordable. It’s fine for a short stay, but could be much better with some updates.
The lobby smells like weed and the rooms smell like smoke.
The room was great
but I did not understand the $100 deposit. Not enough towels in. The room & the coffee didn't have any sugar or creamer

Low watt light bulbs, no paper plates or fresh fruit at breakfast, message light on phone could not be turned off.
