čistota nebola na 100% ok, upratovačke sa veľmi nechcelo robiť základné povinnosti ako doplniť toaletný papier, či mydlo….
El desayuno está bien. Muy surtido, eso si, o bien va uno muy temprano a desayunar o (dependiendo de la ocupación del hotel) hay que armarse de paciencia y respirar profundamente…
El proceso de checkin (si uno no completa previamente todo online antes de llegar)…
Se extrapola lo que ya habitualmente se ve en supermercados (autocaja) o en aeropuertos (autocheckin), es decir, el “do-it-yourself” pero mal. El resultado una suerte de “ping-pong” entre los kioskos de autocheckin y el mostrador.

Nie veľmi chutné raňajky, nedostatočná kapacita jedálne. Chaoticky usporiadané jedlo, ľudia do seba veľakrát narážali.

Very low quality breakfast. Difficult check in. Blase ladies at reception. Very noisy room.

If they had a Pool or Bier-Bar-Bed (german style of the bier bed) it could be more comfortable for terasse in cafe.
Regenwetter
1.) Nerviges umständliches langwieriges Checkin, bei dem man keine Hilfe durch das gelangweilte Personal bekommt.
2.) Hat man Zimmer für 3 Tage, bekommt man nur 1x Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine. Besser 3 Einzelbuchungen (für jeden Tag) machen, dann klappt es. Personal bestätigt diese Lösung auf Nachfrage. Zwar kann man es auch auf Wunschzettel ankreuzen "neuen Kaffee" aber es erfolgt nichts. Siehe auch Punkt 3.
3.) Der Müll wird nicht geleert, auch wenn man das auf dem Zettel angekreuzt hat. Nur der Zettel wird entfernt. Lösung siehe Punkt 2: Jeden Tag neues Zimmer buchen.
Elhelyezkedés, tisztaság, reggeli rendben volt.
Booking 2+1 fő foglalás ellenére nem volt 3. ágy. Azt pluszban kellett fizetni és többször szólni, hogy hozzák már.
