The room is OK
Payment is collected in advance, yet the reception refused to issue an invoice upon arrival, claiming that Booking had not transferred the funds to them. At the same time, they demanded payment of the city tax. I am not concerned with the financial settlements between Booking and the hotel. If prepayment was done, the hotel is obliged to issue an invoice for that payment upon arrival—just as they would for a payment on spot. Unfortunately, the current Booking reservation system does not allow for on-site payment. In summary, the hotel's service in this regard has become very poor. Otherwise, the hotel is fine, but the invoicing process is extremely problematic.
The hotel was an 8 Euro ride to the centre which wasnt so bad but the bedrooms left a lot to be desired. I booked a single room which was the size of a cupboard and had no AC so it was extremely uncomfortable. I went straight back to the desk after I checked in and was given a much nicer room but still no AC and I was in Prague during a heatwave so unfortunately I didnt get much sleep.
The staff were lovely especially the young lady that checked me in but I have to say I wouldnt stay here again due to the bedrooms
