amenities were great and housekeeping were all so lovely and always helpful! a lot of the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming
we had the water turned off multiple times during our stay and no one told us or even seemed to care. it happened so frequently with no warning and we stayed here for over a month. there was also a fire in the hotel during our stay or so i believe, hotel manager gave us no direction and didn’t even let us know what was going on. he almost seemed to think it was funny that we were all stuck outside for so long (i understand these things happen but to at least be told what’s going on is bare minimum) !!! there were constant renovations during our stay (again understandable) but we were never informed of this in our check in. we didn’t exactly want to extend our stay but had to due to location, work and other plans falling through. this place could’ve been a great stay but unfortunately was heinously overpriced for what we experienced.

It was very clean in our pet friendly room. We had a great access to take our dog outside without going through the whole hotel. The staff was great. A very positive experience.
Had a great stay last night at a hotel in Canmore! The room was beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly, there was a great coffee machine in the lobby, and parking was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

There was a lot of Renovations going on which was ok but didn't give the best first impression. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen/fridge were clean. Bathroom clean
there was no clear way to set the heat/AC. I set it for 69 but it was hot all night and was 75 by the morning. Can't sleep good in the heat.
