STAY AWAY
Pros:

The security deposit to my credit card 100.00 was never returned as PROMISED. The reservation was never cancelled and the room and towels were cleaned and replaced ONCE.

Horrible experience
Cons:

This is a horrible place to stay at. First the facility in not clean. There room needs mayor upgrades, the sink didn’t drain the water, the air condition sounded like an industrial factory, the room key stopped working. They only have one staff at the counter and had to wait more than half an hour to check in and check out. Do not expect breakfast, all they had was pieces of bread , some oranges , muffins and juice.

It’s not a bad hotel. He needs someone to assist him at night when he has to step away from the counter. I don’t suggest

Excellent location. The room is OK.

Cons:

I was hoping that the night manager would be more understanding of the fact that I did not like the skeleton keyhole being revealed from the outside. Hopefully, they find a way to cover that up so that the average person doesn’t attempt to create a key from that Portal. The manager did allow me to only stay one night so he allowed me to change my reservation. I Did not like the fact it’s so far from the road. I wasn’t quite sure where to enter until I almost missed it. The distance from the check-in to the rooms was great almost too much, but it wasn’t unbearable…. As long as you were willing to drive.

It was ok for a short work trip. But I would have been very disappointed if I had to stay longer.
Pros:

Overall it was good. Breakfast was bad. Just oranges, dry toast and corn muffins. It says its at the Florida Mall, but the mall is not close.
