Prima voor een citytrip

Super locatie net naast het centrum, prima ontbijt en ruime kaners

Välstädat rum med maxad komfort
Pros:

Det var riktigt skönt och få sova tack vare de stora och fluffiga kuddarna. I övrigt var rummet riktigt välstädat och trevligt med ismaskin utanför rummet

Electrical malfunction - offered to sleep elsewhere
Pros:

We never stayed there and asked to cancel our booking. The lobby looked nice, though, and there was a gaming station for kids and families.

Cons:

We booked well in advance, but despite that the hotel never reached out to us to tell us they had an electrical malfunction which meant they would not be able host us. They had made an alternative reservation at another Quality Inn hotel at the outskirts of Malmö (Hyllie, 15 minutes by car) and promised "we would pay the same price" as if that was...a good thing?

The hotel manager told us she had tried to find rooms at multiple hotels in central Malmö, but "they were all full". This must have been untrue since we managed to find a central hotel within 5 minutes. How surprising they found an alternative booking at another Quality Inn, no? :)

Cancellation was not offered. We had to explicitly ask for it for them to offer it. We cancelled and stayed at another hotel.

At least we got a voucher for a free night for two.
