Familieværelserne var fine med dør imellem værelserne

Cons:

Fuldstændig upersonlig og ligegyldig betjening og personale der ikke virkede særlig engageret. Jeg spurgte om påskeaktiviteter, påskeæg osv. til børnene, men fik at vide, at det kun var nogle værelser der fik det. Dette på trods af at der lige foran receptionisten lå papirer med forskellige påskeaktiviteter.
Sengene er helt til grin. To enkeltsenge skubbet sammen, men går fra hinanden så let som ingenting så det ender med at man ligger i revnen.
Væggen på det ene værelse var der blevet spildt op af og var klistret.
Havde læst der var kaffe og softice på hotellet, dog fik vi at vide, at softice kun var når der var konference, altså til voksne mennesker på konference? Det virker underligt. Kun gratis kaffe hvis man melder sig ind i en eller anden klub.

Man manglede at kunne åbne vinduet på sit eget værelse.
At tv’et kun havde svensk kanaler og at man ikke kunne streame andre tjenester.

Fantastiskt bra frukost. Trevligt bemötande av personal, både vid inchecknig och i restaurangen. Välstädat. Bra läge nära Triangeln. Lugnt och tyst.
