Девушка на рецепшине была очень неприветлива и холодна. С трудом повторяла,если мы переспрашивали какую-то информацию.
В комнате нас жило 4 человека-ключ один на всех,при условии,что лифт нужно вызывать только ключом.

Cost
The room smelled like someone painted the walls with Pine-Sol, concentrated strength or Fabuloso cleaner. The smell was so strong it gave me a headache. The TV had only one channel that worked and was Spanish speaking only. None of the apps worked on the TV so could not watch anything. It was noisy. The shower head had one speed that was intense pulsation. I checked out two hours after I checked in and drove another five hours exhausted so I didn’t get a chance to sleep at all.

That the hotel asked for a cash deposit. Most of us these days don't run on cash. The lady behind the front desk was extremely rude and I would never recommend this place to anyone
Well, I thought all the stuff was very nice and very helpful. The room I stayed in 212 was probably one of the cleanest rooms I’ve been at in a long time. So bravo 2 to the ladies for doing a job well done. When I stay there again, yes without a doubt. We just did a one night vacation night, date night, and it was good enough. The pillows are like sleeping in heaven lol.
It is a old property and it does show almost everywhere. The biggest issue I had was with the tub, it had such a large indentation. I had to literally had spread my feet to balance myself. So after showering, there’s a big puddle of water in the middle of the tub!😳

The cleanliness of the room was great. I ran into the cleaning crew in the elevator and they were very friendly.
Rooms were very basic but clean.
The front desk personnel were not very friendly, but did their job. When we got to one of our rooms, the TV didn't work and the ironing board fell apart when we opened it. We went downstairs and got a new remote but the TV still didn't work. We called downstairs and they came up and moved us to another room.
