AT LEAST THE HOTEL IN THE SHINING HAD FUN GHOSTS....This place lacks charm, beauty, service and amenities.
Pros:

Didn't bother to check in as there is a supposed $200 CASH 'deposit,' that it is not listed until you walk up to the check in desk.
The hotel itself looks run down, with lights flickering on and off. It's in a sketchy neighborhood and the laundry 'room,' is a washer and dryer out in the middle of the parking lot.

Confortable with many amenities!
Pros:

The property was an excellent value. It has a very comfortable king bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, big screen tv and was quiet although close to the freeway.

Found some fruit flies still lingering around from previous occupant and refrigerator had a big block of ice preventing it from closing.

High priced summer weekend room that was clean, but old. Property was from another era.
Pros:

Location OK for our needs (event at the beach). Room was at end and quiet. Given neighborhood, security for elevator was good idea, but clunky.

Cons:

Parking was not adequate for all customers wanting to park. Street parking alternative not desirable. Room seemed clean but was very spare with old scratched furniture. TV channels mostly unavailable, but we were there only to sleep.

Bad horrible...
Pros:

It was bad didn't get my money that I had gotten from my Mother to stay there ok upon arrival the lady staff was great but I never stayed there plus never got my money back ...

Cons:

Let me stay there and or return my money look it's really unfair seeing how that was my only money I had plus I had her send me 200 more to no surprise she wouldn't take it because it was on a card
