Staff, food and the location were great.
The beds were very soft and hard to sleep in.People above me were loud, I could hear the kids running around. I had to pay to check in a little bit early, which I found ridiculous considering how expensive the room was the sheets had stains on them.

Only 1 small elevator so we just used the stairs.
The breakfast had more choices than I thought would have been offered. Was a,ways something in the warming trays as well there was a staff member always checking or cooking more hot items or filling up dishes of non hot items. (Bread, yogurt, muffins etc)
The breakfast area was bit cramped, the toaster, waffle maker and where staff cooked the eggs were all in a tight corner. Made for crowded and sometimes awkward times.
Location and staff
Well, the room had a smell that sounded like cigarette smoke, I didn’t recognize right away, but my wife did. After a few hours, I noted she was right. Either someone smoked there recently or the carpet absorbed the smell long ago and was not replaced.
Also, rooms facing the avenue don’t have a proper sound insulation, therefore the traffic noise do bother until about 10 PM and starts to become bothersome at 6 AM. I asked for a quieter room when I made the reservation, but apparently this was not taken into consideration.
We were so tired from our trip that we decided not to complain or request to change rooms.
Clean rooms, great breakfast, easy check-in and check-out procedures.
Too pricey. Not impressed with extra charges for early check-in unless the hotel provides a discount for early check-out.
