Our room was not serviced because we did not vacate it until early afternoon. 2 seniors,one on a cane had difficulty getting around.

The staff were very nice and polite. The facility was ok. The breakfast needs improving.
Pros:

The breakfast did not meet expectations. Eggs, only option was boiled. Bacon, overly greasy. Sausages, under cooked. Waffle, machine burnt too waffles or under cooked the waffle, the machine needs to be replaced, there was no accurate measuring cup and no utensil to remove the waffle from the griddle, but I guess that is not having the utensil did not matter because the machine did not properly cook the waffle in the first place.

A cool and friendly neighborhood.
Pros:

The front office staff were very friendly and professional. The room service service were wonderful. They kept the room very clean. The Kitchen staff tried to replenish the menu almost immediately.

Pros:

The proximity to commonwealth stadium for the concert we were attending was great.

Cons:

Our room smelled like dog pee and I didn't like that the bathrooms had only a toilet and shower inside and the sink/mirror was outside. That was weird.
