Cons:

Bed wasn’t comfortable. Had a spring in my back no matter which way I laid. Mattress topper would help!

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Good location, easy to get to. Clean, comfortable room. Pet area was nicely maintained and had bags. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Some of the electrical plugins on the lamps and wall lights were loose and wouldn’t hold the cell charger. A bit on the pricy side.

Decent but not the best.
Pros:

The rooms were fine. Tv was outdated, beds were not the most comfortable But it was clean.

Cons:

The gas station right in the parking lot. Didn’t make it feel very safe. I traveled with my two teen daughters and I was a little worried staying here.

Cons:

The room had a strong chemical smell from the bathroom. It was initially overwhelming. I assumed it was the cleaning supplies used that that other rooms would smell similarly. I woke up with a scratchy throat. The breakfast was also underwhelming. Not much and all very sweet.

The receptionist was very high.She called me a B did not wanna give me the instructions for finding with shuttle at the airport she always talked over me.She didn't listen to my question.Therefore she wasn't able to answer it. She hung upon me. I called back I asked for supervisor she refused she told me she was the supervisor and that I couldn't talk to anybody else. I finally found the shuttle, and I felt so vulnerable at that time. I decided not to fulfill my reservation because I felt that I was going to be victimized so late at night and by how vile she was. I booked at the hotel next door instead. Unfortunately res is non refundable i really want to dispute the charge because no employee should put a customer or patron.In such a situation of feeling so unsafe And b forced to follow through with the reservation
