Beach location is great- beautiful facilities and rooms. Very comfy beds and excellent amenities, including nespresso, ByRedo bathroom toiletries and reusable canvas beach bag. Not worth the price. Party in adjacent room went unaddressed. Rug in room was dirty. Shower drain cover was not in place almost causing a sprained ankle. Staff did not seem knowledegable about the meeting room near the beach and could not direct me to it appropriately.

Our stay at Andaz was beyond our expectations. My daughter got recently engaged so we decided to have a mother- daughters trip along with my younger daughter.

I was initially undecided between 1 hotel and Andaz and when Andaz became part of Amex FHR program, I decided to go with Andaz and I am happy I did. We had a beautiful room upgrade.

Majority of the staff was genuinely nice and made us feel very welcomed and happy to help make our stay special.

Would be happy to stay here again without a doubt.

the valet worker dylan was very helpful and very kind. he was very attentive when it came to having my car brought out on time and overall everyone including the hotel staff were very nice throughout my stay. the valet team is one of the best i’ve seen here in miami beach. i will be recommending my friends and family this hotel.

Amazing and awesome and he is so much better than a salad. Caesar is in fact, an emperor he made our stay amazing and fantastic.

For a hotel that often charges over $400 per night even for a starting / base level room and after a multimillion-dollar renovation, we left unimpressed. (1) our hotel room was ridiculously, comically tiny. We had the cheapest and I assume smallest room. There's not even room for a table or desk for setting down room service. So, we had to put our big food tray on the bed. Very awkward. (2) both pools are extremely small. We didn't see any hot tub. But at least the beach is nearby. (3) The Middle Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach is boring. (4) The fitness center is nice but it closes at 10pm! Seriously? Contrast that with hotel gyms at other luxury hotels that are typically 24/7; (5) we had a 2 for 1 drink voucher for the hotel bar. But when we went down late on a weeknight, the bar was overflowing with customers, so there was a huge line, presumably from a hotel event (was previously empty, so I guess we were unlucky); (6) the hotel restaurant, which is on the ground floor, has no view.

On the plus side, the hotel room views even facing the city (instead of the beach) were quite nice. And we enjoyed the non-alcoholic welcome drink.

Dimitri drive my car so good. Good service recommend for everyone who wants their car driven.

Beautiful property, great beach, food is delicious, yummy cocktails, comfortable rooms.
Pool area is so beautiful and well kept.
Service staff was great, reception ladies and beach guys, especially the girl at the adult pool who was serving us, i think she said she was Ukrainian.
We watched a men next to us mistreated her all day long, raising his voice at her, snapping fingers, making inappropriate gestures, interrupting and being aggressive and dismissive for absolutely no reason, and she still kept being so nice, smiling and delivering amazing service.
Such a shame some people do not know how to treat service staff with respect. We had to make a comment to him eventually regarding his behavior, it was impossible to watch!
She did a great job though, i can imagine how stressful it must have been.

Overall we had an amazing time!
Definitely will recommend this lovely hotel !

The room was clean, the view was spectacular, the service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was our first time staying in the Andaz, and the aesthetic, the beach, and the atmosphere created a great first-time couple's trip.
